Gaming on a screen is OK, but what if you could do it in the real world. Imagine being able to sneak up on your friends and hurt their chances of winning. What if you could play all day in the real world? The folks over at Woven are hoping to give gamers just that experience. The describe their interactive game platform in the following terms:
“Graduation project Woven is the first complete e-wearable pervasive game platform prototype. Playing a game has become magical. But during the build we discovered that Woven is much more than a game platform. It is a true platform possible to use during daily activities and make them much more fun. With all the integrated technology, like bluetooth, active speakers, shaker motors, a RGB LED screen and more the sky is the limit…”
The system, which works with its own games, currently features a game called Spooky. Spooky is a mix between a a fighting game and a ghost hunting game. You can see the trailed below. For now the only way to get information about how to get your own is to contact the developers directly.
