The watch is good, the earbuds are awesome, but the straps are already broken and don’t know where to buy replacements

I buy this on December 2019, after 1 week of use it was overheating, didn’t charge and sometimes turned on, sometimes didn’t. I reported it and the seller was supposed to send a replacement and a refund. Today June 30th i haven’t receive neither the replacement nor the refund. The seller won’t answer my inquiries and i am really disappointed.

Over all, it works. It takes a while to receive due to coming from china. The earbuds are too big for me to put into my ears but they sit there decently enough and the sounds isnt bad at all. Using earbuds drains the battery relatively quickly, about 6hrs. Screen is perfectly acceptable for my requirements (steps/HR/sleep/weather) and I’ve hit it into things like walls and didnt break so I consider it sturdy. According to the site, its water resistant, but the paperwork that comes with it says it’s not. I washed my hands with it on, I didnt shower with it. My 1 gripe is the band finally broke after about a month of use. My issue is primarily due to not being able to find another band specific to this model. It also seems to have a brain fats every now and again and forgets how to connect to my phone (note 9) to which i just hit the disconnect in the app, then connect and it’s good again.
