You have to give Google credit. When they come out with a new product they support it fully, at least in terms of its features. A new version of the popular Google Maps has come out for Android phones (with support for iOS devices coming soon) that will allow the users of Google Glass to interface with the maps.
The update will allow Glass users to explore the world around them in a new way. With a system called Google Cards users will be able to find places to eat, to drink and to shop. They will be able to get real time traffic updates and even see reviews from the famous Zagats guide.
This features roll out hints at how the platform, which to this point has been an ad free experience, may make some extra cash off of its end users and how developers may be able to cash in.
