I contacted Fitbit directly and they wouldn’t help. THIS IS WITH THE PROTECTION PLANThis item opened on its own and my NEW Fitbit of 3 weeks fell out. Don’t really want to buy another one so pretty pissed.

Update: after one week of wearing, the pin in the hinge broke!!! I am sad. Will return the tracker too as this bangle is the only reason why I bought it!So pretty! I wear an Apple Watch, but I love the Fitbit community so I still wanted to wear my Fitbit without looking like a walking wearable tech geek. This blends in with my jewelry and no one really knows it is a fitness tracker! This bangle is why I decided to buy the Fitbit Flex 2. It comes in a nice felt pouch and the quality is great. I ordered the small and I have an average size wrist. Fits nice without being too dangly. I can wear it and still be on my computer easily. If you have an average size wrists and you want it to be more of a dangly bangle, then you may want to order the large size.

I really like wearing by fit bit as jewelry but I am afraid of losing it. The first one i had just flew off my wrist .This is a replacement.

I LOVED my bracelet until it fell off! I only wore it for a few weeks so either the clasp was defective or it doesn’t stay latched. Now my new Flex 2 Fitbit is lost too. I am hoping the company will replace them both. That would be a very good sign of standing behind their product. I have contacted the company and am waiting to hear their response.UPDATE: AMAZON is AMAZING! They fully replaced all lost items overnight. I am a loyal customer for this reason. Thank you Amazon. I appreciate you standing behind your products.

Has come unclasped several times both at the enclosure for the flex2 and the clasp of the bracelet. Last night it fell off in a restaurant parking lot for me to find it had been run over by a car bending not only it, but now the flex2 doesn’t work, either. After talking to my sister who bought one at my suggestion, it’s happened to her several times as well.Happy to change my review if the company backs its product and replaces the bangle and the fitbit.

My love for this bangle quickly turned to massove resentment after the losing my tracker within the first 3 weeks. Begrudgingly, I bought new tracker. With daily use, the hinges on the bangle get worse and worse. Don’t bother with this unless you are prepared to keep repurchasing trackers and stick with the ugly rubber bands.

I had a fitbit Charge when then were brand new and I always needed the large band. I figured when replacing with the the new flex that I would get the bangle in large also. I almost feel like I could have gone with a small, though. It’s very beautiful, and it feels fairly solid. We’ll see how it holds up tomorrow!

I love having a Fitbit but like many others, the plastic bands are not my favorite especially for work or going out. I read a lot of reviews about this bangle that had negative feedback but after careful consideration I decided to give it a try anyways. I have now had this bangle for several weeks and haven’t had any issues. My biggest concern was size, as many people mentioned the size small was too big on them. I have a 5.5″ wrist (the smallest size listed in the range) and it fits perfectly. Usually I can slip bangles and other bracelets off my wrist and over my hand but this bangle is just the right size for my wrist and doesn’t allow me to slip it over my hand. It’s also very sturdy; I haven’t had any issues with clasps. It hasn’t come off spontaneously or been a problem unclasping. Overall, I think this is a beautiful option for my Fitbit and I haven’t personally experienced any of the negative things reported. I recommend purchasing if you’re looking for a dressier option for your Fitbit.

I was worried this would look clunky but it doesn’t. Most people don’t know that it’s for a fit bit and when I tell them they’re surprised. Nice quality. Happy I paid the extra for the genuine fit bit brand versus the knock offs.

I love the look of this bracelet, but this is the second one that will not stay hooked! I lost the first one, and the second fell off, but I found it, only to realize it will not stay hooked.

In spite of several reviewers stating that their Fitbit fell out of this bangle, I bought it anyway because I thought it was so pretty. Well, guess what? The other reviewers were right!!! In spite of my being extra careful to make sure the casing was snapped tight and completely closed, I lost my Fitbit somewhere in a parking lot. I bought another Fitbit and when it too fell out of the casing (I’m a slow learner, apparently, but at least this time it fell out in my house and I was able to find it) I returned this item. I still don’t quite understand how the Fitbit was able to fall out as the bangle fits fairly close to my arm and, as I said, I made sure there was an audible click each time I put the Fitbit in the casing. So, unless you want to keep buying new Fitbits over and over, this is not the product you want (but it was pretty).

Glad to finally have a bracelet to wear my fitbit with silver jewelry. I t fits my wrist very well (I bought a s/m). Stainless steel but look like silver!
