To start with I had a few issues with the order, the gloves were supposed to arrive with in 4 days, but the delivery actually took 12 days.I purchased the gloves from CSA Apparel and sent them an email, which their customer service replied right away apologizing for the inconvenience but stated that it was Amazon full filament issue and they could not help me.I called an Amazon customer service representative which was very friendly and accommodating “FIVE STARS” for their customer service! The Ororo Calgary gloves are well made, the dexterity is good, they seem to heat up well and they have 3M Thinsulate InsulationPersonally I would have preferred them to have a little thicker insulationThe batteries took about 2 hours to fully charge, they plug in very easily, but they are a little snug when trying to unplug them but manageable, the heat level control button is very easy to change through the three temperature settings.I also like that Ororo used a dim orange LED for the indicators instead of bright shining LEDs as some other companies use.The reason why I am presently uncertain about if the gloves will be warm enough for me is the local temperature has not dropped below 40 degrees since I received them. This also why I rated them fours ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️I will follow up with more information when I can put them to the test in colder temperatures

They do run a little small but I wear a medium glove and they fit my hands just fine. The only problem is that they are rather bulky as they must be to keep your hands warm but it is nearly impossible to do anything delicate like rebraiding my mare’s long mane that gets tangled if not braided. One of the gloves failed about two weeks after I started using it. I contacted Ororo about the glove and after answering some questions, they shipped me a new pair. I appreciate their concern and their fast response to my problem.

It blocks the wind when i ride my motorcycle in the winter at 31 degree F. The heat is not as warm as their jacket version. Hard to pick up my key with the gloves fingers. Customer service is great. Contacted them to switch to a different size gloves

These gloves are nicely made but they run really small. I bought the large size for my husband, which were too small, ordered the XL and they were still too small. They seem nice but we won’t get a chance to try them.
