The GPS is super accurate and the data on the screen is very easy to read while running. The only downside for me is the app. It’s not a big deal and I’d happily pay full price for this watch again.Pros:- It looks great, is comfortable to wear (even when sleeping),- The GPS is the best you’ll find at this price point.- The screen is very easy to read in direct sunlight. I like outdoor running- The menus and features on the watch are quick and easy to navigate once you figure it out.- I love the data I get from the watch. You don’t even need the app to get useful data.- The buttons on the side to stop or pause your exercise are far better than a touch screen watch when you’re sweaty from training.- Long battery life. I use it a lot and haven’t charged it for days.Cons:- The app doesn’t always sync the data properly- Tech support is non-existent from the manufacturer (Though I haven’t had any major issues)

Buyer beware…this is a exercise smart watch knockoff. First of all it won’t tell you the actual time and you can’t set the time anywhere. Its not programmed to take into consideration different time zones. What good is a watch that can’t tell time??? It freezes up constantly while trying to figure out anything with the interface. It won’t connect to bluetooth. It feels cheeky and cheap. Just get a garmin. Im tired of this happening with my purchases on amazon.

I just got this last night, charged it overnight, and got ready for a hike this morning! Now it’s a couple of hours later with no steps taken. Ahh, technology!1) There is a screen protector sticker. Take it off! I assumed it was transparent, like every other screen protector in the world, but it’s not – it’s opaque with a fake display printed on it. I left it on, initially, in case I wanted to send it back, and was left wondering why the device wasn’t giving me any feedback about charging status, or responding to button pushes, etc.2) The included user manual is good for turning the device on, finding the app, and pairing to a phone. That’s it. A QR code appears on the watch screen, but that’s only for pairing. The QR code for the app is in the manual. The watch menu was in Chinese, and no instructions to change it. I found it in settings (⚙) by randomly poking on Chinese characters for about 20 minutes. The English option eventually appeared and I chose it. I went back thru the menu to find the exact steps I took, but I get an error message: “Unfortunately, Settings has stopped.” I’ve rebooted several times, but settings no longer work. Hmmm…Anyway, I did eventually find a user manual online. I’m unable to copy/post the link because I’m using Chrome browser, and Google engineers are the dumbest f’ing people on planet Earth. I can get to the pdf, but Chrome won’t allow me to copy (or even see the link). Google “amazfit stratos 3 user manual” and click the link at the en.amazfit. I had the original Stratos for about two years before it just decided to not work anymore. I like the watch so I decided to go for the Stratos 3. Wow! The battery life is incredible and that is with the heart rate monitored continuously. The sleep tracking is much better also.

The stratos 3 watch . Looks real good and stylish. Battery life its better than other smart watches i own, but its less than it advertises. Its about 3 days regular use. Not 7. On the other hand …it crashes constantly, it keeps not wanting to connect to my phone.. also while running or walking or rollerblading while im using it activated to track the workout, sometimes , after 35 minutes it stops tracking and it restarts the workout so i loose what i was doing. It does it about after 3 or 4 days. I need to restart the watch or turn it off and back on for it to work again. So im not happy with it. Now when it works i think its amazing..so i just wish it would work all the time as i dont have any of those problems with other watches i own.

I purchased the watch and had a terrible experience with it. My biggest problem was that the watch would not sync with the app on the phone. I tried uninstalling the app and installing it several times. Unpairing it and pairing it with the watch several times and it did not work. I re-started the app and the watch several times and it did not sync and I lost all the data that had been saved on the watch because it malfunctioned. Overall a horrible experience. I as on the phone with Amazon tech support for over two hours. They kept placing me on hold and the call would “drop” and they never called me back. I had to keep calling back and repeating myself from the beginning.Overall extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this product and the service, or lack thereof, provided.

I love the watch, tracks great, not too big though just a tad thick. The thickness would not be so bad if the band were placed better. Speaking of bands, most $50 “smart” watches come with 2 bands and 2 chargers, this is 1 and 1. Out of the box it did not function as advertise, but after going through all then software updates it works splendid. The display is clear and easy to see, color contrast is good, in the light, this is a reflective and not projective screen so the back lighting is not great, but if you are outdoors or in a light environment a lot this, I feel, is a better option.

It’s ok. Battery life isnt quite what they advertise but not bad. Fitness tracking seems pretty good, but the accuracy is questionable. GPS is slow to connect, once connected seems pretty accurate in the open but quickly degrades with any tree cover. Smart watch functionality is much more limited than I anticipated, and the screen doesn’t look nearly as good as their renders. Think was and weight are pretty good, and I do like the carbon plastic look. The software is a little buggy, sometimes it struggles to sync, step goal notifications don’t work for me etc.Overall it’s an ok device, and does do what they advertise. For the price it is packed with a lot of features, so maybe I’m being a bit harsh.
