I don't know if its works in UK because I'm a US. I bought this way back to use it with my Samsung Galaxy S8 active Cellphone but it didn't work at all the Samsung Charm it didn't charge at all so I can use it 🙁 I don't know if this little Samsung Charm works at all. That's all I know when I had my mine for 24 hours. Hope this will be a help to you 🙂
It runs off both. I had mine for three months, the stem that connects the charm to the band broke. Samsung didn't help with I contacted them. Think twice before getting one.
It doesn't track sleep but does steps. Alerts with blue blinking light for texted calls etc.
The band it comes with is not large enough to go around an adult's neck. The tracker can be removed from the band and you could probably make your self one. I was never able to find alternative accessories or replacement bands for the charm.

I use the Samsung S Health app on my phone. The charm works well with my phone keeping track of my steps. I can wear it on my writs or put in my pocket. The down side of the charm is, It did not come with a charger cord, only the cradle to put the charm in and the charge only lasts two days.

Love it! Several complimentary statements today regarding the look. Impressive considering I work with predominantly male cross fit people. Seems to be highly accurate with step count. Feels very comfortable on. The only reason for 4 stars is battery life. Definitely in the 1-2 day range. And it randomly disconnects and I have to reconnect.

Absolutely loves this!!! It wasn’t bulky and was the perfect fit. The bracelet would come off easily at times but thankfully I never lost it. The main issue is it just stopped working about 6 months after I bought it.

I love my charm. It tracks all my steps and I don’t need to carry my Galaxy phone every where. Exactly what I wanted. Connects seamlessly to the Samsung health app and updates without a problem. Just wish I accessorize the band and change it up.

I loved this step tracker, I wore it everyday and it worked amazing. Unfortunately it broke where it attaches to the wristband, after about 10 months of wearing it everyday. Super great product just be careful of wear and tear on it. Would definitely recommend it!

I’m not sure what I was expecting. The charm is really cute in rose gold. I wanted to have a activity tracker without it looking like a watch because I have watches. I charged it since I received it, charged for 26 hours and the light was still a solid red. I tried to link it because.. c’mon.. should have enough battery to link it. Nope. No light to link, the Charm App on the Samsung 10 could not find it and the S Health App. As easy and straightforward as this is suppose to be, there’s no way of telling what is happening.
