You can do just about anything you want with your iPhones nowadays. It’s an actual supercomputer in the palm of your hand. Technology is great isn’t it? Of course, this technology isn’t perfect. One of the main drawbacks of the iPhones(and most smartphones and tablets) is the inadequate sound amplification system. Simply put, it’s not loud enough. The speakers woefully under perform when it comes to both listening to music and watching videos.

What can you do, though? Most of the “solutions” don’t offer too much by way of actual solution and cost a pretty penny to boot. That’s where Fabigear and their new iPhone AudioGlove comes in. Thanks to a design that uses simple acoustics, this gadget quickly and effectively increases the sound input of your favorite smartphone. You just slide the bottom out of the case, which then creates a sort of echo chamber for the sound to bounce around in before heading out into the world. The result? At least twenty percent more volume. It even works in the other direction as well. If you are using the microphone with the AudioGlove enabled it will more accurately read and record your voice. Not bad.

The case is made from a durable polycarbonate so it looks good. It must also be noted the AudioGlove also functions as an actual iPhone case, protecting you from yourself should you drunkenly drop your phone on the floor several times a day. You can snatch one up right now at, you’ll never believe this, Kickstarter. The asking price? A very sturdy and well amplified $35.
