Going back to Amazon – must have given the Bit Watch app a unique password and I didn’t write it down – that’s MY bad, but there is no “forgot password” link (and, when I was logged in originally, found no way in the user profile to change it). So, the fitness part is gone forever and I doubt I’ll ever hear from Beantech, since the app hasn’t been updated since 2017 and I think they bought it from the original developer. It desperately needs an update, not only for the password problem, but also it doesn’t save imperial (US) height and weight as my default…which doesn’t matter, I guess, because 170 cm height and 67 kg weight is hardwired and the little arrows to change those don’t work. You’ll find that complaint (as well as the lack of password reset) in the Apple App Store and on reviews for their other watch(es) on Amazon. As for the phone, there are some okay functions, but the remote camera access doesn’t work. When I select iOS, it increases the ringer volume on my iPhone 7. So, maybe for $63, it’s okay for someone without an Apple Watch or the money to buy one. But don’t offer me what sounds like a great deal for me to find out it’s just okay.Original review: 3 stars to start. Like/dislike so far: default face (what’s in the listing) has a red Japanese (incremental, not a Swiss sweep) movement second hand/has b logo below the 12, which is a little less sleek. Apps on watch take a little while to appear. Instructions, while okay, are written with invisible ink every other line…you need some trial and error, patience and intuition. I received an Apple Watch a couple weeks ago at my retirement party, so I’ll come back once I’ve used this watch more and/or when I can compare to the Apple. I think this will be my dress watch and the rubber watch band Apple will be my sport watch. All things considered, so far, this is not a bad deal for around $60 after store card discount, free shipping and no sales tax.

From the look of this watch & from the product description I expect far more of this watch than what I received. The app that goes along with the watch is not yet fully developed and therefore text messaging does not work on the watch directly.Battery life is so bad, barley lasting 6 hours. The watch keeps disconnecting itself after 10 or so minutes. So you will have to reconnect frequently throughout the day. This item was not at all worth the money spent. And will be returned.

I saw the reviews of the watch before I buy, was a little skeptical about it, but finally decide to give it a try since the price is good. It actually comes out better than I expected, it can stay on for an entire day after a full night charge. The camera function somehow is not working, but everything else seems to work just fine. Had the watch for almost a month, haven’t got major problems.
