Good thing: Voice calls are ok. Microphone does pickup the sound well.Poor: The sound driver is too small to output a good spectrum of sound. If you want it for calls in a quite room, maybe this will work ok Next guy in your office will still hear the sound from the speaker, so you might be better off investing in a proper Jabra conference speaker. For moving around with nothing in or over your ear listening to music, not very useful as the music reproduction is extremely poor.

Everyones need is different. Can’t beat them, join them. It’s getting harder to tell the kids not to spend more time on playing games. And when they do, we play games on a call, as a group. Already they don’t respond when you call them. With earbuds we would lost the last piece – ear. This is the perfect headset that will keep the ears open and allows to minimize the sound. Build quality at least in the beginning appears good, even though little scared about those pictures. Clear quality during a conversation. Not expecting to enjoy music on this. Very light weight. No issues connecting with Bluetooth 5. Works great on PC and phone at the same time. It’s not cheap though and not a latest model product.

Because I was unable to connect it to my phone, I ordered another one (only white). I thought that the unit was bad.I spent hours trying to make it connect. Before I found out that U have to download an app. I suppose anyone under 20 would have known this.

Product is good, does the job, but doesn’t at all justify the price of 12k.It’s a 4k product at max. Sony should include a fitness sensors like a GPS and Bio Sensor if they want to sell this at this exorbitant price point.

It’s a little over priced, and people seem to be greatly underwhelmed.I listen to talk radio and audio books, this neckband is wonderful for that. The sound is thin (it’s all highs and mid), voices are easily heard and clear. There is no bass.-It’s stereo AM radio+ quality.-It does phone calls well.-it has a pretty decent distance.-It’s feather light and rests easy on your shoulders.- It has a quality build feel……it’s for voice, once you come to terms with that it will meet all of your expectations.
