The picture on this Ancool Fitbit Charge 2 Accessory makes the band look very shiny. It’s really brushed matte and very dull. I paid particular care to the metal content which is clearly stated stainless steel. That may be but it is very much darker and duller than the silver toned side of the fitbit charge 2. There’s is only any shine at all in good light. Also, when removing the pins, there are no little arrows on the inside of the band like the pictures show so I had to guess at which direction to remove the pins. That said they were easily removed with the tool once I got the tool aligned with the pin. Aligning the tool with the pin is not so easy because when the band lays on the tray the pin doesn’t align with the tool at all so the band has to be lifted slightly. The overall weight of the band is nice but the metal appears slightly thinner than in the pictures as well. Between the dullness of the ‘stainless steel’, the slightly thinner metal, and the lack of arrows, I think I got a different product than what’s in the picture. I gave 3 stars because I don’t feel I received exactly what I paid for. I will keep the 3 stars on this watch if it behaves like genuine stainless steel and doesn’t discolor otherwise I will be back to update accordingly.

This really is more than I expected. Its solid and makes my fitbit a watch and not only a exercise equiptment piece. Worth the transition. I am pleased with this purchase. The entrie office I work in have switches bamds.

Way too heavy. This is an edit to my original 2 star review. After working with Shangpule Stainless and their associates, they resolved my issue of being too heavy.I can’t say enough positive things about the support staff and particular Maggie in resolving my concerns. I now proudly wear the new and much lighter wrist band.I would recommend working with this company. They provide excellent customer support.Rusty

I’m wondering how long this one will last, since I haven’t had one band on this Fitbit Charge 2 that lasted long at all. Getting it sized is probably the most painful part of it, but if you’ve done these before, it just takes patience and figuring out how many links to take out on each side. This band is like a heavy duty metal watch band, which is what I was looking for. What has usually messed up Fitbut bands for me is not the clasp, which on this one is quite secure, but the ends that attach to the Fitbit, which more or less clip in. If those clips fail, then band falls off. I haven’t had that happen with this one yet and I’ve bashed it around quite a bit. It looks nice and is fairly heavy, so not like a light plastic band.

Really classy looking! It’s pretty big and probably meant for a man but I love it and receive lots of compliments on my “new” watch. Previously I had the steel band with a magnet closure but things kept sticking to the magnet and the closure wasn’t very secure. This new band is easy to put on and take off. It was also very easy to take out the extra links thanks to the little tool that was included.

I wasn’t completely sure what I’d get when I ordered this but I was actually incredibly impressed with it. I looks great! It was easy to remove links and the clasp stayed together which I just knew would fall apart. I wore it to work then an event (about 12 hours) and slept with on that night. It stayed just like a regular band. It’s a really good purchase. You couldn’t get anything better, especially at this price.

This is exactly what I was looking for! I had bought 2 other Fitbit bands, I liked them well enough but the first one turn my wrist green and the second one’s paint chipped. This one is stainless steel so it won’t do either, and what I really liked was the clasp. The other 2 bands I bought clasp would be a pain to take off but this one is a simple spring loaded button that is easy to push. Hand’s down the best Fitbit charge HR2 band on the market

Just like other reviews it is a little tedious to adjust the length but they do have 2 different widths on links that you can choose from. I decided to remove a couple of wider links and utilize more of the smaller links to adjust to my fit. pay attention to the small engraved arrows on the band to ensure which way the pins should be pushed out. It is a pretty band and ended up liking it better than the milanese bands that were out there because it allowed for more “breathing” when wet and I know that there won’t be any snagging from the band like I had with the milanese bands after extended use. Also a little more difficult than the milanese bands to take off and on.

Ordered silver and black bands. Nice bands. Be patient if you have to take out the links. Comes with a tool to remove links. Patience is needed to put the pins back in place. Overall great bands.

Wow, I can’t believe I almost forgot to review this product. It’s great! It came with a special toolkit to help when adjusting the watch links. It works with my Fitbit perfectly. I’m so happy I made this purchase. It looks and holds much better than the plastic bands in my opinion.

This is the second fitbit band I’ve purchased off Amazon. I wore the first one for a year and a half before deciding it was time for a new one. I loved my first band – which was also a rose gold metal band, very similar in design. However, the color was a coating that eventually scratched and came off due to normal wear and bangs. This ANCOOL band has so far been a good replacement. I like the rose gold color and I like that the color is the actual metal (not a coating) – which should mean it won’t scratch off like the previous one. It is shinier than I preferred but it’s growing on me. The band connects securely to the charge 2 device. The band was easy to adjust with the tool included (the instructions were clear and the little arrows on the band links were easy to see and orient). Other reviewers have had difficulty so I anticipated problems, but my set worked well. There are 4 removable links, which are smaller in size to the other links of the band (see photo). I only needed to remove one link to fit the band well, which means there are 2 small links on 1 side and only 1 on the other. I wish all the links were uniform in size, but I doubt anyone will ever notice except me.Biggest critique of this band is that it is so lightweight. I don’t know what the metal is (or if the metal is even solid) but whatever it is, it has almost no weight to it at all. Again, no one is going to notice this except me and ultimately the band has a nice enough appearance that I’m okay with this. Also, the lack of weight combined with the link design means the band breathes well against my skin. But it does raise questions on the quality and longevity. As a comparison, the previous band I bought on Amazon, at the same price point, was a truly solid metal band.
