If you’re looking for a deal on Garmin’s mighty Fenix brand then there’s a big discount over at Freewheel.
It’s selling the Garmin Fenix 5S Plus for £299, which is a discount of £270 over the RRP, and over £50 cheaper than you’ll find on Amazon.
We love the Garmin Fenix 5S, which at 42mm is smaller than the standard Fenix model (46mm) and much better suited to smaller wrists.
And while you do sacrifice a little of the Fenix’s massive battery life, it still brings UltraTrac with over 30 hours GPS tracking, full performance metrics and an insane number of sports metrics. It’s best suited for triathlon type sports and outdoor pursuits such as hiking, skiing and even golf.
The Fenix 5S Plus also has the power to offer on-board music, including offline Spotify syncing.
The watch has since been replaced by the Fenix 6S, so it’s unsurprising to see deals popping up around the web. However, this Freewheel discount does look particularly appealing, ad given the Fenix 6 only offered incremental upgrades, this could be a smart buy for many people.
If you’re in the market for something a little cheaper then Amazon has the Garmin Forerunner 45 at £109 – which is also a complete steal.
