The posture tracking feature tells me when I slouch in any direction. It’s fun to follow the ball that shows my posture on my phone screen. It has really helped me be aware of my posture. minder has different breathing options like “Box Breathing” or “Diaphragmatic Breathing” with nature sounds that help you relax. Also, you can set reminders to help you keep habits. I set an alarm to remind me to drink water. I love that it keeps track of your mood, posture, habits and heart rate. It even keeps track of how long you use it daily.I use it every day to relax and unwind after my busy day. It helps me have meditative time through focused breathing.

I did have a problem connecting with my son’s Apple 2 watch but the manufacturer states 3 and above and on my 5 it works fine.Posture tracking – After a quick calibration, the minder app tracks your posture and provides real-time biofeedback. The white ball tracks your posture and alerts you when you slouch or lean too far in any direction. Initially, the app provides visual feedback, with the color changing from yellow to red. If you still have not corrected your posture, the app provides an audio signal and then a vibration reminder. Placing your iPhone on the minder stand makes it easy to see the feedback while maintaining good posture.Breathing Exercises – This is a great feature in that it actually helps you to learn how to breathe. When you are doing a breathing exercise a yellow ring appears that expands and contracts to show an ideal breath. Your breath is represented as a white ring. When you breathe correctly your white ring will follow the yellow ring. This actually works. I tried cheating it with shallow breaths and my breath barely registered. Now that I’ve gotten the hang of it, there are many breathing exercises that help me stay focused and relaxed throughout the day. Exercises such as 4-7-8 Breathing and Equal Breathing only take 1 minute, but they noticeably reduce my stress and calm my thoughts.Me/Mos or breaks – I love the reminders to take a break or what they call a Me/Mo throughout the day. There are several exercises to choose from and you can also log your water intake. They are divided into five categories: Mindfulness, Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Habits. Along with breathing techniques, there are mindfulness exercises such as the Loving Kindness and Body Scan Meditations. You can schedule reminders whenever is most convenient for you. I always appreciate the reminders to take a walk or drink water, because it’s easy to forget to do so when working from home. The wide variety of activities provide an opportunity to connect with your body and focus on positive thoughts.Dashboard- The dashboard shows you your wear time on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This makes it easy for you to track your progress toward completing your goals. You can view your heart rate, steps, weight progress, and time spent in healthy posture all from the dashboard screen. Under settings, you are able to modify your goals and Me/Mo reminders at any time which allows you to alter your targets as you make progress.I highly recommend this product to anyone, especially those who sit for long periods throughout the day. As I started to search, I discovered this Minder posture device that comes with an app for the smart phones. It had all the things that I was looking for: app on the phone, it was not this posture belt or wrap around the waist and it was something that was not going to get in the way. It didn’t have many reviews but I thought I would give it a go and try it. It arrived very quickly to my door and I was excited to see how this would work.Basically I opened the box, downloaded the app, linked the product to my phone and started getting instant feedback and correction. When you open up the app, it starts with these amazing breathing exercises. I didn’t realize how important breathing exercises were before, during and after you sit down. The breathing helped my body to relax so I could get into the correct posture. The app lets you know by vibrating or making beeping sounds when your posture is incorrect. It’s interactive screen lets you change how you view your posture. You can change the sounds and graphics on it with ease. It has been a month since I purchased this item and I have already improved my posture, I am not feeling back and hip pain anymore and my energy is through the roof. I highly recommend this device for those looking for a simple, ready to use and user friendly posture corrector.”
