The BulletBlocker Wool Topcoat has increased my sense of security for the past year. With all the civil unrest in the country right now I am happy it is getting cold out so I can start wearing my my bulletproof topcoat again. If you want to feel safe I highly recommend one of these. I give it 4 stars and not 5 only because of the high cost.
