Buyers should be aware that this hand therapy unit is not a one- size fits all. My husband’s hands are not huge (see comparision to the dollar bill in the video) and could not fit. I’m disappointed! It seems like it was nice quality and would probably have been very helpful!

Gave this item as a Christmas gift. I charged it fully the night before, but it was already dead by the time it was opened the next morning. We charged it again over night. It worked for 2 minutes and the battery is already completely drained. Doesn’t work while on the charger. What a piece of garbage for the price. Returning ASAP.

Way too small, I have small hands and still very tight even on low setting was painful since hand had no room. Instruction pamphlet is a joke, app not much better. Don’t want to have to use my phone every time I use the unit in order to set the mode and intensity. Never did get the heat to work. Returned
