I am doing this review because I feel I owe it to others doing research, after having gotten so much help from reading the many reviews other folks did on the many different types and brands of heated gloves available. I bought these gloves because my fingers get cold and numb, due to having been frostbitten when I was younger. I finally had the opportunity to test them today, cleaning up after a snowstorm. Temperature started at around 30 degrees Fahrenheit and was down to around 19 degrees by the time I finished plowing, shoveling, and snow blowing. I used the gloves off and on over about a 4 hour period. I’d say I used them for at least 2 1/2 hours. I used the highest setting, based on what I learned from others experience. My hands and fingers stayed warm throughout, and there was still about a half charge left in the batteries. The gloves are durable. Though they are bulky, I was able to operate the snowblower and handle a snow shovel. The only negative thing I can think of is that the very tip of the fingers do not get warm. That’s why it’s important that you do not get a size that fits tight. I hope this review helps you in your search for the right glove.

I haven’t had a real cold snap to try them out on my motorcycle however they worked fine in 30 degree weather with lower setting. Easy to charge and adjust for use. I’d say they are worth the money.

Enjoying them so far, I do find that they will randomly shut off while in use but it’s really nice to have warm hands for the first time. I have been wearing them around town and while doing outdoor chores. Usually after a few minutes in any other pair of gloves my hands are so cold, but they are toast warm wearing these! Extreme cold temps and longer wear time are yet to be tested but in the short term they have been wonderful! I live in rural Alaska where a good pair of gloves are a must. I am impressed.

When first received, one of the battery packs would only last about 1/4 of time compared to the other battery. Volt sent a replacement which worked fine after that. However, went to go use them this year (1yr later) and one of the batteries is completely dead and will not charge. No idea if it was the replacement battery or the original. But not happy having to pay $50 for one new battery, maybe if they were two for that price.

I bought this product last Feb which means I have it over a year now. I used it extensively last winter and have used it once this winter. Its the best thing since slice bread. No more freezing hands while using my snow blower. I am getting over 3 hrs of continuous use with my batteries. Thats enough for me for now. I will be purchasing some more batteries soon though.

I read some reviews, and I shouldn’t of listened to them. I ordered an extra large and they’re way too big. But I needed them for work it was so very cold that I used them and don’t feel good about turning them back in for right size
