I ordered these because I have Achilles Tendinitis and have found that adding lift to my shoes relieves the pressure on the tendon. I like these because they stick pretty well, are adjustable, and have a nice cushion. Unlike some other lifts, these do not bother the arch of my foot. They slope gradually and some others just cut off abruptly which is not comfortable for me. I will be purchasing more for my other shoes.

Just picked up two pairs of the half inch and one inch and let me tell you, VERY IMPRESSIVE! Feels amazing!Perfectly fits in all of my sneakers / shoes to increase height easily. Gel is very very high quality – extremely light and comfortable cushioning. The adjustable level adhesive works like a charm. Not a single complaint. Blew away my expectations. I am so impressed with these heel inserts! I use two at once in my left sneaker (placed underneath the sole if they are removable) and they really do their job! My right knee doesn’t hurt because I’m no longer putting extra pressure on it with my right leg being longer and all. I’m a nurse and I’m on my feet all day at work and usually leave with a pretty sore knee, but not after using the inserts! I use the remaining 3rd insert in my more dressy shoes that won’t allow for a higher heel. It’s not 100% aligned like using two would, but it’s nice to have a little something helping reduce that pressure on my knee. I just bought my 2nd pair so I can leave them all in my favorite shoes without having to worry about switching them out. So happy with this purchase!

Don’t slip, very comfy. My right leg is a 1 cm shorter from hip replacement. Have lower back problems bad cause of this. My chiropractor recommended getting a insert. Glad I got these, ordered more!
