These insoles are amazing. I put them in my basketball sneakers and they felt like I was running on cushions of air!!!!! SOL3’s will be going in every pair of sneakers I wear!!! GET SOME!!!!

The little gel square in the heel was the only soft spot on these insoles. I work a 12hr shift mostly on my feet, and I had to take these insoles out after about 6hrs. My feet were killing me. My left foot hurt so bad I had to soak it in ice bath when I got home. Am sending back for a refund. Do not waste your money!

I searched Amazon for Dress Shoe Inserts – this was the #1 item and has high reviews.After cutting the 1 size fits all sole; i realized these are designed for tennis shoes. The width around the ball of your foot will not accommodate narrow dress shoes. I now have a pair of inserts that won’t fit my dress shoes and one of them has been sized so I am not unable to return them:(.

Probably great.. feels good… but I made the mistake of trusting the sizing on the insole. I’m a men’s 10 and the “12” it says on it is actually a 10… but I made the mistake of cutting the insole to the size 10 mark on the insole… (which is like an 8) so needless to say, if you’re a 12 it won’t fit. If you’re a 10 don’t cut it at all. Partly my fault for not just taking my other insole out and sizing it to that, but also companies sizing is way off lol. Had to buy a second pair and give first to my sister. Edit: second pair came in and got the chance to wear them to work! Feels great.

This is a great insole and I’ve tried lots,this one is great. I have flat feet and need cushioning, these don’t have arch support but I don’t need that.just bought another pair yesterday😀

Was hoping they would be better. Not bad, but certainly not what I was hoping for. Better than what came in the shoe, but not by much. Not nearly as “squishy ” as I thought they would be

Who ever made the sizing cut lines on these failed so badly!!! I wear a 9 mens and cut them on the 9 line and they are way to small for my shoes so now they are just trash. Its like they didn’t even try to make the lines match real shoe sizes they just threw some random lines on there.
