I’m a marathon runner. I have used Nathan’s brand fuel belt forever. When it came time to replace my worn fuel belt, I couldn’t find a Nathan belt that I liked on Amazon or at local stores. I decided to buy this one and I’m very pleased with it. It’s comfortable, hugs your tummy, and has these grippy things on the other side of the belt that keeps it from bouncing around. The front phone pouch is convenient. Behind that is another zipper for the fuel. I no longer need to worry that my phone will accidentally fall out while grabbing my energy gels. I do have 1 beef. The holsters for the bottles are soft so you need two hands to put a bottle in the hole. It’s a little annoying to do while you’re running. With Nathan’s brand, the bottles would sometimes fly out, this belt has a little loop that keeps the bottles in place to prevent that from happening. The 2 bottles are 10 ounces which is a good size for half marathons, you’ll need to re-fill for longer runs.

I take my shepherd-husky on long runs and I can carry my iPhone 13 in the see-through pouch with my car keys behind it, and a small, collapsing water bowl in the adjacent pouch. Since I can’t zip up the pouch with her water bowl in it, I can’t safely carry anything else in it. It would be nice if they make a separate zippered pouch that I could purchase and add to the belt. I’ve been looking for a universal one, but haven’t found one yet. While I like that the adjustable belt what comes with a buckle, I’m starting to find that the belt is beginning to stretch out, which requires me to readjust the tightness every week. Otherwise, I like this product and will probably get it again once this one is worn out.

For years I’ve searched for suitable water belts for my type of fitness – trail crosstraining – and this one is the best I’ve found. Excellent for staying hydrated during workouts, the front case for my iPhone provides easy access when needed, and the two bottles by each hip stay put day after day. I’m on my second belt only because the first one began to loosen and sag a bit after 1 year, but you can’t ask for more from this product.

I’m training for a half marathon and was looking for something to carry my phone, water, etc. when I came across this one. The only real downside to this is ther “touch screen” pouch isn’t really touch screen, which isn’t a dealbreaker for me. I love that it stays in place and doesn’t bounce when I’m running. It Carrie’s enough water without being heavy. The pouch is big enough to carry my chapstick, gummies, and any other small extras I may need. Overall, I’m very pleased with it.
