This is very easy to use & very convenient. I’m using it right now over my uterus as it is my time of the month & I have Endometriosis. It has a vibrate option as well with 3 levels of vibration. I’m currently using it on high. It has a run time of 30 min. It can be shut down sooner if desired. It can also be run again when the 30 min. are up.Long press the ON button, then press it again to light it up. Next press the vibrate button (if desired). Press one or two more times to increase the vibration. Press again to turn off the vibration. After 30 min it automatically shuts down & goes into standby should you wish to use it more. If you don’t continue to use it, it shuts off completely. It emits a soft beep each time. This fits into a silicone sleeve. The sleeve must be removed during charging because the sleeve blocks the charging port. There are three different sized straps to use depending on the body part in question. Right now, I’m not using a strap, I just have this little bugger in place via my fold over yoga pants. When I want to use this on my hand or wrist, I chose the smallest strap, then attach it. The light does shine through, so it’s best to try not to look at it. I have carpel tunnel & have been having a new nerve pain along the top of my hand (the back of my hand) when light pressure is applied. After one session, I noticed a difference in sensitivity which was totally unexpected. I thought it would have taken more sessions before feeling any results. When using in this way on my hand, my palm glows red. The light is powerful enough to reach that far. This tells me that this does a great job penetrating into the tissues which is fantastic.I also use this on my neck shoulder area while watching a movie, reading, etc. No strap. Instead, I wear a fitted shirt & sit back with pillows to keep it in place.I’m a petite very small boned middle aged woman who is not overweight. While this does have three different sized straps, if you are a large individual, these might not fit you. I’ve provided the lengths below, but took off for the minimal amount that must fold over to secure. I hope that makes sense.Smallest to largest strap size:6″ inches9.5″ inches13.5″ inchesMy guess is that even if you are a large individual (large boned &/or muscular &/or overweight for example), this might still work for your wrists, arms & ankles. But probably not your legs. This doesn’t have to be a deal breaker. As mentioned, I also use this without the strap. It just depends on how you think you’ll need this. This isn’t my first small & portable infrared device. It is however, the first of it’s type that I’ve ever decided to keep. That is saying a lot. This is also priced less than others I’ve tried & gave away. It is easier to operate & works much better. It also creates heat & plenty of it.A USB C charging cord & adapter are included. I put mine on the charger overnight so it is always fully charged & ready to go.While these types of devices are not cures, they really do help, esp. when they generate heat as this further relaxes the muscles. As a full time Eco farmer with Endo, I personally love infrared. I own a lot of different types, from lights, wraps, portable, etc. I even use them on my animals. My English Angora rabbits in particular love them. This came packaged nice enough for gifting if that is your goal.Made in China.

I was hoping this would help with joint pain but it got about as warm as a flashlight which might work on others or someone with a smaller leg. I could barely feel the vibrations. This came packaged nicely.

I work where I stand on cement for 8 hrs a day on a badly healed sprained ankle. I started wearing this device while I get ready in the morning and then when I get home, skip a few days and do it again . I have noticed less and less swelling, pain and numbness is subsiding.i will continue to use this with great hope of being healed. I will update ina few months with more long term results

This is a nice, portable unit for some light massage and red light therapy. The massage is more suitable for more bony areas like the wrist, since the force is quite light, even with the strap tightened. So you won’t feel much when put around an area like the upper arms, where there is more muscle. But it will still be useful for the red light therapy. An extra bit of strap is included for thicker areas, like your thigh..One flaw would be that you can’t charge it while the silicone gasket is attached, which is kind of inconvenient since it’s a bit tight to remove and re-apply. Other than that, it’s a handy way to get some massage and red light on the go.

I have been using red light on my bone on bone knee and have found it helpful. I decided to try this on to see if it would be more convenient since the device I had been using has me tethered by the power cord. This one is rechargeable and come with the cord as well as adapter. What I find confusing is if this is only used on the arm, or if you place it where the pain is. The pictures of people actually wearing it has it at the wrist, but the pictures showing the parts of the body it can help just shows a device over the area, not strapped on. This does come with 2 straps, one longer than the other, but there are no instructions on how to use the straps with the silicone ring that goes around the device. There are instructions about how long to wear it and how to turn it on, but I want more on where to place it. This is made in China.

The husband used this device for thirty minutes at a time. Post operation pain and rehab is made easier with Red light therapy. Easy to use place device over sore muscles and after a few minutes you forget that it is vibrating. Alleviates pain quickly, a great value for the money. Place on any sore muscles.

KTS red light therapy device…Red light therapy devices supposedly have good health benefits (anti-inflammatory, etc) according to medical research. So I’m happy to have a red light device in my toolkit. ++I like that this red light device is portable, movable to different parts of the body. Comes with various straps for configuration. ++The device operates good, easy to turn on, etc. ~~I’m not so sure on the brand, I’ve never heard of. The actual device build quality seems good and the packaging is thoughtful/nice. The loose straps are kind of janky.Overall, at current price of $58 (after coupon, don’t forget to click), this seems pretty good for nice portable red light device. 4-STAR rating by me in consideration of price/value/choices.
