This fleece jacket is one of the best of the best. The warmth of this jacket is so good that the warmer is almost not needed. Temperatures have been getting in the low teens and haven’t felt the cold not even one bit. Once the snow and colder weather kicks ill be ready for it and with the new and improved battery device simple usb-c charging is the way to go. Its got a bit of weight to it as well but dose not hinder movement. battery is in a good spot so its not poking or stabbing your body as well.- very comfortable soft flexible- extremely warm- fashionable as well

It fits well and is really warm. The jacket itself is already warm so I rarely need to turn on the heating system. When I do use it thought it works wonders. I only wish it heated the arm area and covered a little more but I expect possibly in a few generations or new versions it will have this.

I bought it for my 74 y/o dad for and early Christmas present and he loves it!! Heata exactly as it says, charges quickly and fits perfectly. He has worn it everyday with or without heat because its soft and comfortable. 5 stars for sure!!

The fleece is very nice and of heavy weight with a nice lining to help stay warm and on a chilly day makes a great layer to have between the outer and inner layers but, that’s where it ends for me.The fit is good and the jacket materials seem good too.Unless you wear something over this, the heat (on high) can be barely felt in mild temps. Secondly, with the location of the heating elements it does very little to heat your core – in fact, I got the chills using this because there is not enough coverage from the heating elements. Both the back and front heating elements need to be larger and run down the length of the jacket. I found the heat to make my core temp lower and give me no comfort in being warm. It wasn’t until I put a jacket over-top did I start to feel some heat.Lastly, the unit keeps switching me from high down to low like 10 – 20 minutes unless I make an effort to cycle through the heat settings.Honestly, I’d really love to return this because it is either A) Defective or B) Doesn’t work well for me or meet my expectations. When you take it out of the package, there are tags that state removing them disqualifies them from being returned.

I bought this jacket for work but it proved to be a bit much. The heat is great but since I run heavy equipment, I’m in and out a lot and it’s not for that but it’s a hand item for cold doctors offices!

I am about 5’7 and 210. I originally got a XL, but it fit too snug..so i returned it and got an XXL. It fits perfect.The jacket definitely keeps you warm on the “Red” high settings. You can really feel the heat on the back. Be prepared to get a lot of questions about the LED light and what its for. The battery came 3/4 charged, only had to charge it for an hour or two to get it full. I ordered a spare battery on the Ororo site, it was at a discounted price than here on Amazon right now.Love the jacket, you will not be disappointed.

I bought this heated jacket as a Christmas present for my husband. Following a heart attack he is always cold so this jacket takes the chill out of his day. He wears his jacket everyday and loves it. It is fit great and the battery is easy to replace. We bought a couple batteries so there is always one ready for use. After about a month, the jacket developed a short in the on/off button. Reaching out to customer service, they immediately sent us a new one! Sue, at customer service, was great to work with even making arrangements for me to send the old jacket back. We were so impressed that we bought two more jackets to keep for future use.

My friend has a home that is hard to heat (high ceilings, not a good heating unit) and this has been a great item for him (I gifted him). It is cozy, and the battery life is as described. I would recommend.
