My kids play club sports and often have tournaments that require playing multiple games a day over a 1-5 day stretch. These boots come in clutch to relieve tired and sore legs between matches.The battery life lasts throughout the day, but the added ability to use while charging comes in handy when their teammates need some recovery too.The app allows for pinpoint customization and adaptability. Not everyone is the same size, but you’re able to deactivate zones in the boots to accommodate all sizes. For example I’m 6’3” and my 10 year old is 5’4” and we’re both able to use the standard size without issue. I do wish you could save settings and specific routines, but maybe that functionality will be added in a later version.I wish this would come with the travel case. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use my HSA for the option that included the case.This is a must have for active families and people just looking to relieve some stress and relax.

Review for the legs and hips devices.After a few weeks of use, I’m undecided about whether this either works or feels good.Basically the devices are giant blood pressure cuffs. They are very strong and can give a very tight squeeze. This doesn’t necessarily feel good any more than a tight blood pressure cuff feels good.The squeezing has a pattern, one area, then another, but it is slow and nothing like a massage.So if it doesn’t feel amazing, does it do any good? I haven’t yet perceived any difference in recovery or HRV or any other metric.Another thing to mention is about wearing them. The legs devices also feel like wearing heavy plastic bags— after a 30 minute session you naturally have some perspiration build up. It isn’t terrible, but no better a feeling than wearing a trash bag on your legs for 30 minutes.Lastly, the air hose is very stiff and gets in the way.Overall I wanted to be more impressed and delighted with this interesting device. I have more reasons now to not recommend it than otherwise. Of course, the feelings and perceptions, and individual recovery (ie, would I feel better or worse this morning if I didn’t do that session last night?), are nearly impossible to measure.

I am 70 years old and walk a lot so was looking for something to work on the leg pain. These work, flat out. Here however are some minor concerns. I have only used them three times so haven’t worn out the battery, but as far as I can tell there is no way to see how much battery is left. If some sort of low battery warning comes up I will upgrade the remote control to 5 stars. Then there is the sizing. I have a 28 inch inseam and they seemed way to big. I rechecked the sizing options and I am right in the middle of the road for the standard size by height. I noticed in the question and answers they note the actual length of the leg which to me is a smarter way to give the sizes. I mean, everyone knows their inseam. Why is this critical? The first time I used them I had a couple of inches where the zipper couldn’t be completed closed. With this placement, none of the compression areas felt as if they were in the right spot, particularly the calf and foot. My toes got the living daylight squeezed out of them which wasn’t cool and the calf compression was only the bottom half. The next time I stepped into the foot area and got my foot completely in, but then I had a bunch of zipper open at the top. Mindful of the need to zip all the way up, I cut that session short. My toes felt great though. The next time, I pulled them on as far as I could and still zip all the way up. This was good, all bladders felt in the correct spot, with the only remaining problem being my toes, just really uncomfortable on the old toes. However, I can take a little discomfort there for the way my legs felt after use. For those of you who are curious, there are three sizes for the legs as noted on their website. Not sure why they only sell the one size on Amazon. I gave them 4 stars for ease of use because they are ungainly to put on, hook up, and store. Would really recommend these leggings.

This is not some knock-off, or old model but the same product. I use the NormaTec boots with my patients at work, & decided to invest in a pair for myself. Decided to buy through Amazon because I could use my HSA Card on Amazon, & not with HyperIce. If you need the arms, longer or shorter boots you will have to look elsewhere. It works great & I have used them everyday when I get home at a decent hour.

I have two complaints:1. Hoses are very stiff2. I hate the connectors on the hoses. Looking at them, you’d think they are very ergonomic, stylish, and easy to use. Sometimes they go right in and click – Sometimes I lose my cool and throw stuff.Outside of that, I love them.
