Wore it this morning, nice and toasty.Jacket runs a little small. I am between a a 2x&3x. I got the 3x based on the measurements, it is snug around the gut, if you are a true 3x this will probably not fit.Jacket construction is solid and it seems like a quality product. Packaging was very professional and instructions were clear.Seller is awesome, a true professional who values customer satisfaction, it is not often I get a real email from a vendor, usually it is a standard form thanking you for your purchase, ITIEBO is a company I will use in the future.

Nice jacket and hood is great. LED power indicator should be on the inside of jacket. As it is now everybody can see the light which is invasive for privacy.

My husband loves this jacket.He likes that it is windproof and that the zipper extends to cover his neck and chin and even his mouth to help block out the cold and wind. The hood is snug and can be adjusted to fit a hat underneath. The heating element works well so far (he has had it 10 days). The only downside is the instructions were not written in clear English, but easy to figure out anyway. He would highly recommend this jacket. My husband is 70 and uses it to go running and long walks with his beloved dog in cold Michigan weather.

Update: New coat is in the mail, replacement was painless and was handled directly by the company owner. Review changed to 5 stars for outstanding customer service.Worked great for part of last winter. It has since stopped working, after charging the batteries it worked for one day and now will not turn on, it is the same with both batteries. It has less than 4 months of use all together. Waiting for a reply from the seller about a replacement, will update soon one way or the other.

I wanted a plug in charger and a battery with lights that indicate remaining charge so I ordered an Itiebo in 3X, my usual jacket size, shirts are 2X-3X, I’m 6/2, 220, bit of a belly and I wanted a heated jacket that did not fit too loosely. The fabric is a better compromise between toughness and wearability than was an earlier heated jacket I tried in which I felt constrained in a rigid container, and I love the soft lining. Eager as heck I tried on the jacket and it was fully 2 sizes too small, no chance of closing the main zipper and very tight around the shoulders. But I’m sold on the bigger battery with its pretty blue lights and plug-in charger (5 hours for a full charge) and the ideal weight of the waterproof yet breathable fabric that actually flexes quite nicely. No stretch, but the flex indicates it will wear in nicely within a reasonable time-frame.Within a couple of hours of receiving the jacket (and returning it) I received a response from the seller to the courtesy email I had sent commenting on the size being about two too small. That responding email was constructive and to the point, shared that they are also finding the larger sizes are running two sizes too small. Great PR and much appreciated.
