We purchased three of these jackets, for both women and men, and all agree that this was a great purchase. Without the added heating elements, the jacket has a great style and very well made. We chose the women’s jacket over the men’s for the design, as well as the extra heating zone located in the collar. As a size 10 woman, I prefer how the SMALL gives me a nice fitted fit over the MEDIUM that we also ordered, and am very happy that I did not order the LARGE for myself. We’re still determining how long the battery lasts on each level, but are very impressed with how quickly it heats up.

My girlfriend is possibly a reptile. This jacket keeps her warm when temperatures in Hawaii dip into the 70’s.It comes with a 30Wh 20V Max Lithium battery, the charger, and an adapter (yellow in the amazon image) for the jacket. The adapter has a pair of 0.5A 5V USB charger ports, which would be good for charging things with a low current draw (not an iPad). On low, it will stay warm for about 5 hours. If that is not enough, you can buy compatible DeWalt batteries available with up to 100Wh!The jacket has many pockets and you can put the adapter in the back or side pockets with the way that the wiring is routed within the jacket. It is also fleece lined and has a detachable hood. The jacket also claims to be wind and weather resistant. According to the directions, if you remove the battery, it can also be washed, but not dry cleaned.My girlfriend is 5’0″ 105lbs and the XS jacket is a little on the large side for her, but not too big.

I bought this for a girlfriend (not together anymore – partly cause she is never happy). I thought it was really well put together and attractive – but most of all heated so that she could stay warm when we went on a winter vacation. Well, it comes with a warning saying something like “This product is made from materials known in the State of California to cause cancer” – because it’s got a lithium battery. So she decided she didn’t like it.Anyhow, I returned the jacket for a refund and then the girlfriend was returned a while later.
