i get awful sinus headaches that make me nauseous every time it rains. I used to have to get up every 15 minutes to put my sinus mask in the microwave to keep it warm. This stay warm for hours which means no getting up and down and its a huge relief to aching sinuses

Only top part of the mask works. It only has a heating element on the top part like a line. It only heats up your forehead. You have to pull the top part down on your eyes or on your lower nose for maxillary sinuses to heat up those areas. which does not seat right and doesn’t feel good. I wish they had the heating elements placed right on all the front part. Its not like the microwave activated pads heats up all your face. Not worth to buy.

Got it for sinusitis, but it is actually pretty versatile. It sits nicely on the back of the neck to relax the spine, and pushed up on the forehead for headache. It is good and hot, with three settings.
