Unlike some other reviewers I found the heart rate to be stable and accurate. The calorie reading (supposedly based on heart rate) is at least 10 times too high. I emailed EZON and they gave me an example of a person running for an hour and burning 600 calories, which I agree is a reasonable number, Unfortunately, that is not what the device calculates!

Very pleased with this HRM. I wanted to avoid watches that provide too much information poorly and just focus on an accurate heart rate monitor. This product is exactly that! God size visual display ( with back light function) and all the functions you require. No need to carry or connect to a phone and no need to keep charging on a regular basis. I bought this because the heart rate monitor on my walking machine failed and i wanted a simple substitue that i could read while exercising.It doesn’t, require a smart phone to use it, and it doesn’t bother me about anoying messages I get , or let me know what the weather is going to be in two days time etc. I just gives me the information I need to do my thing ! I compared its accuracy against the hear rate on my O2 mointor & it works great ! All at a competative price.

Set up instructions for watch and chest band clear and easy to follow. Chest band comfortable and secure – does not restrict movement when exercising. I am using mostly to monitor heart rate during excercise/recovery. Watch screen is easy to read without having to stop/pause any activity.

This is the only heartbeat monitor that I was able to find on Amazon that has a wrist watch available with it. So basically I had no other choice. I tried another monitors without watch which you had to pair with your phone but I found it very annoying to use during workouts as I use another programms as well.To my surprise this monitor is great, I have only one complaint. Its design is too bulky for women. Or at least to my liking. Therefore 4 stars.

It’s great! I was looking for a basic HRM, not one that is only on your wrist as they don’t work properly. This fits the bill. A large face easy to read if you normally wear reading glasses. Just wet the ribs of the strap and make sure its tight enough to maintain a good connecting to your heart area.
