This thing lights up like I’m in a 1960’s dance club when it’s turned on for both the heat and massage (vibration?) settings, so if trying to be discreet I throw on a bulky dark colored hoodie to keep from it showing through. I’m waiting for the day I accidentally press the massage button during a meeting and disrupt everyone with its loud vibrations. But it’s great! The heat is where it’s at, even with a thin shirt between it and my skin. 10/10 might buy another to keep on hand at the office.

Per her, she loves it, and it relieves the pain fast. The product looks sturdy and feels of prime quality.Recommendations: The heat level 3 is very high, and 2 is very low. May be manufacturer can make a heat setting between 3 & 2.

I liked this for helping with cramps and needing a little relief to my back or stomach. The only thing I didn’t like was that the battery only worked for about an hour before needing to be recharged. But I like that you can use it while walking around, unlike a heating pad that needs to be plugged in. The vibration helps when cramps are at their worst.

I recently got off birth control so my dysmenorrhea came back with vomiting I woke up and didn’t move much until this came to the door with midol. Luckily it came in 3 hours it took around 10-15 seconds to warm it. It says don’t put directly on to skin but it felt good on mines it has a soft cloth material inside. It also automatically shut off in 30 minutes in case you fall asleep the band is stretchy my waist line measures around 40 inches and I didn’t adjust it at all it can go bigger and smaller.

I have endometriosis so I have to use a lot of gadgets during my cycle. One of them being a heating pad. I like that its pretty slim, easy adjustable strap. it gets very hot which I like because I like extreme heat to numb the pain. If I had to critique it at all I’d say I wish it stayed on a little longer. It turns off after about 30 mins. If its fully charged you just turn it back on and its fine.

I am a man, and i bought this because I have a pinched nerve in my back. It works great! I wear it at work where I can set it and forget it. It automatically shuts off, so I don’t have to worry about monitoring my usage. Although this is not the advertised use for the heat pad, I would recommend it for soreness in your back.
