I am really loving this thing!! My PT said that a device like this could help in conjunction with his treatment and exercises. I have a tear of the lateral meniscus. I have been using it for three days and my knee feels really great and better already! I’ve also been using it on my other knee for an old injury and arthritis. I have also found a way to put it on my heel for ongoing plantar fasciitis pain. My foot actually feels a lot better. I’ve been having trouble getting rid of that planter fasciitis, but this machine seems to be helping it. The heat can get very hot on the highest level which is great if you like that or just press to lower. I have very skinny legs and I recommend keeping the knee bent while using and. It conforms pretty well to my knee. I wrap it very tightly. Make sure you have the Settings panel facing you.

extra long wrap is beneficial – heating is at a decent temperature and distributes fair enough. The massage pulses are a little awkward, but suffice. Works while being plugged as well, so that is a plus.

I expected the vibration and compression to be stronger, the heat only works above the knee cap, if I had not inadvertently thrown away the box I would have returned it.

This product is pretty impressive in that it really does what it states. It heats up and massages my knee. After surgery and nerve damage my knees are in constant pain but this device is a must have ! I was greatly impressed at how well this – so glad I decided to get it

I bought this knee massager for my elderly mother who has severe arthritis in her knees. It arrived quickly and was packed well, arriving with no damage. It came with an instruction booklet and my mother was able to easily use it. This is a big deal because she has a very hard time using any kind of electronics and regularly needs help with her tv/phone/etc. She also has arthritis in her hands so small or delicate buttons and switches make things hard for her to use. She did not have to ask me for help once to use this device. She enjoyed using the massager and she likes that the intensity can be customizable. She has only used it for a couple of days but she is very glad to have it and says it is a very soothing feeling. I feel great knowing that I gave her such a good gift.

I am bone on bone in bone knees. Doing my best to avoid total knee surgery. I have had the gel injections which has calmed the pain down to a 1, using this device has helped with the tighness and range of motion. Getting another 2 both knees can be done at once. Holds a charge nicely.

A month ago I could hardly walk. Love this knee massage and red light. Every time I use it my knee gets stronger. I have not used any pain med since starting therapy. Walking except for long distance without a cane. It really works for my 72 year old knee

The media could not be loaded. Got this for my mother-in-law as she frequently goes through knee pain. She tried it and says is good. Fitted well and have good compression pressure. Heat control in these massagers is an add-on that is very helpful to relieve pain.
