I don’t often write product reviews because most don’t deserve it. This product far exceeded my expectations. It’s a great value. I put it on my back at night and move it to different places over the course of the night. It goes off but will turn back on after about 20-30 minutes. It has helped me sleep and feel comfortable. I also put it under my neck to relieve neck pain. Don’t need to wrap it. Just lie down and put it under your back for relief.

Yes, it’s a lifesaver. We had one and this is our second, this time we ordered 2. We used the first one so much that it finally broke after a few years. My husband sleeps with it every night and thanks to the back massager, and heat pad, he is able to get up every morning. One drawback, the extender velcro does not last long and is definitely needed for us. Needs improvement.

I have back pain on a daily basis. It helps my back temporarily feel better. I will take temporary.I am glad I waited to post a review. I have had it almost a year and suddenly when I turn the massage mode on it starts chirping quite loudly like a bird. It’s a little annoying. The heat mode works fine.

The belt is very short and the extension is definitely needed. It is also quite thick and therefore not that comfortable to lie on in bed, not for me anyway. I have to sit up to wear it. Otherwise works OK.

I purchased using FSA. Quick delivery.The thickness and the material is very good. Strong build and thick pillowy material.The massager is quiet and strong, it has different modes and intensity. I use all the different setting combos for herniated disc pain relief. The only issue i have is that the velcro straps are only sporadically placed and doesn’t always stay on.

This heating pad/ massager has been so helpful for my mid and lower back pain. I get very intense pain and tightening of my back. The massager gets deep into the muscle and the wrap around feature help that even more. You can wrap it around as snug as you like and it will not move. I am so happy I found this product! Thank you!

This is a good makeshift when a massage chair is unavailable. I like that it comes with heat that provides temporary and instant relief. It would have been better if it is wireless since this cannot be pre-charged. I cannot move around when it has to be plugged in.
