I run a lot and was surprised that this idk was just as comfortable for shorter (under 20mi) runs. I’m including a photo of how I ran the water bladder hose. The pack does not come with a bladder or the hose clip. You’ll need to buy those but any bladder will work. I use a 1L in the short pocket or a 2L in the full pocket for longer runs. I used a hose clip off an old pack and ran it through the strap.The pack comfortably holds gels, a phone, a few items like socks and gloves, and keys. It doesn’t bounce at all. I’m 5″7′, 140 lbs, wearing the M/L but I think I could have bought the smaller size too. I have the straps cinched all the way.I’ll use my Salomon Adv Skin 8 for all-day runs, but this is my new go-to pack for weekday runs. Don’t be put off that is not a big brand. The quality and comfort is there!

Great vest. I’ve worn it for an 18 mile run and there was no chafing. Very light weight, fits like a crop top but is adjustable, honestly really comfortable. Pockets for gels and snacks, a zipper pouch on the back big enough for a cell phone. I use a 1.5 L bladder (sold separately) and by looping the tube through all the loops nothing jiggles or flaps around too much. Really pleased with it, it’s just as good if not better quality than the $90 ones at REI and stuff. Highly recommend!

The little loop to hang the bag broke the first time I took the water bladder out. Doesn’t bother me at all. Incredible bag for the price. Absolutely recommend
