I ordered a large, twice was sent a medium. The medium size was closer to a small. Arm/shoulder length was correct for medium, bust, waist, and hip much closer to small.Heating element worked, but did not offer heat into the arms/shoulder area. This would be ok if used with another coat, but not what I was looking for as a stand-alone cold weather garment. Anything under 50 degrees, and I you will be looking for another coat. The high price does not reflect the substandard quality.I will go local and find something that fits correctly/ heats correctly. I’m done with this brand.
