I like how fast this jacket heats up, it heats up on the back really well. However, I don’t like that only the front top portion of the jacket heats up. I like to wear it underneath another coat to get extra warmth.Update: It’s been about 4 years since I first purchased this jacket. I’m happy to say it is still going strong. Just machine washed it last week and wearing it again. The only thing is the battery pack on these doesn’t last as long but I have two. I found charging them up and interchanging them once one goes out works for me. I make sure to charge both of them at the end of the day and always have a spare on me. Aside from that the jacket still works and I continue to share the product with my friends.

Worked well in 42 f windy weather. Placed under a coat. Heats in front and mid to upper back. Kept me warm enough I had to turn off at one point. Material is thick, jacket is somewhat weighty. The power pack in the pocket is a bit bulky. The negs however are not enough to deter me from wearing. So glad to have had it when weather turned suddenly cold. Note: cut is basically a mens cut (boxy in the middle, wide in shoulders) , go down a size if you want a tighter fit, particularly in the shoulders.

Hoodie arrived on time without any issue the fit is good if not maybe a touch on the small size…(I went up a size to layer) and I am happy I did…my hoodie arrived nicely packaged with the battery and charger neatly inside and the hoodie gets nice and warm when the battery is inserted and turned on can start to feel heat in a matter of seconds….the hoodie itself is of good quality considering it isn’t a top tier name brand but it will do the job I am a general contractor/ construction and usually outside for good parts of the north Eastern winter and this is really going to take the chill away it is also nice and warm without the heat being on itself I can’t speak to longevity yet but I think it should make it just fine maybe not as rugged as a milwaukee but dam close at a fraction of cost I would recommend this product for sureMy only con at this moment maybe that the color I ordered (black) isn’t as dark black as my caterpillar work pants and hoodie but it is unmistakably black

We had to return the first one because it was too big. The return process was super quick and easy. I had the replacement within the same week. The replacement fit better but the sleeves are still a little long. This is mentioned in other reviews too. I bought this for my son in the Neon Yellow color because he works construction. It doesn’t have the reflectors like some of the other more expensive brands, but it does exactly what we were looking for. The 4 stars are mainly for this fit.

I bought this for my girlfriend. The quality is FINE. it’s soft, and comfortable, but don’t expect premium quality. The warming feature will keep her happy warm on a cold day and its toasty under a jacket if ur in serious cold weather. The battery last around 2 hrs.. So you judge that for what u think is acceptable. The only ISSUE that’s relevant to modern day is – since working at a desk the battery pack sits along the hip (behind the front pockets) and is a little uncomfortable/annoying if your sitting at a desk for a long time. The hoodie is made so that it has a hood and fits snug to the neck. The color wine is my favorite. Temp is as described, this is basic electrical and battery. Now let’s compare to Venture. Heat – this jacket is warmer.Pockets – this jacket has interior pockets where Venture no longer has. Material – this jacket restricts wind where Venture doesn’t at all. Electrical- this jacket is basic, battery basic. Venture has a different system. Power button stays lit while on, I like this feature. Also there battery has options. Battery shuts off jacket before battery goes completely dead. Battery has flash light and usb power port.Well that being said, I prefer this jacket. Im an electrician and I use these type of hoodies all the time. I have xtra batteries to last all day. It’s much better in the wind. It has higher temperature than the other one. Color – this one has more options. I like the wine. Hood – this hood is cut different giving you cover over your neck. Last but not lease the cost. This jacket is 40 – 60 dollars cheaper. So for me it’s a no brainer. Buy here.I will update after washing a few times. Venture lasted almost 2 years. Washed in machine on gentle without wash bag.
