Love this jacket. I usually wear a small but I got a medium so it would fit a little loose in case I had a thicker shirt on. I bought to wear at work in the OR and it works!! The jacket itself is warm and I don’t even have to turn it on. Warms up quick. I use all week and recharge on the weekends.

This jacket is just okay. The fit is not great. The arms are too short and the waist doesn’t have enough of a duck in from the chest so you can’t feel the heat plus it causes it it ride up a bit—things that would be solved if it was more fitted. One the plus side, the heat across the back is good and it really is waterproof and wind proof. I wish I had chosen a different brand more fitted to women’s shapes, though. This jacket would fit a man well even though it’s listed as a women’s jacket.

This is a great product. I only wish I could feel the warmth on the front like I do in the back. The only reason I don’t is because the jacket first fit close to my body unless I hold it there. But if it was a more form fitting jacket. I don’t think it would be comfortable. Over all the product is great. Long life on the battery and has kept me warm in many occasions.

Was so excited to get this jacket in. Unfortunately it doesn’t work!!! Battery fully charged and it won’t even come in. I’m totally disappointed with it and will be sending it back.Sadly, I really like the jacket itself and how it fits but I paid the price for the heating element to actually work!

Hello, I would like to contact the manufacturer please. My husband purchased this item for me as a Christmas gift last year. I only wore it once and now it does not work. I have been charging it for days and it will not turn on. The heated part is not working. It has not been washed and it has been kept in a dry location. For this price I’m surprised that it quit working after one use. Is there any warranty for this item?
