This item did not work as expected. On the high setting this sock provided a minimal amount of heat and it was only for a couple of hours. I bought these for my husband who works in a freezer so these were a complete let down. We have returned this item and will continue the search for heated socks that actually work.

Worked for a few uses before the batteries both failed. Wrong color socks were delivered so now I just have uncomfortable cold socks.

Great socks these keep my feet warm, but like other delicate items you can just rip them off or on your feet, due diligence is required

I only wore them 3 times ,Did not like them sticky inside .Batteries only worked 4 hrs .REAL DISAPPOINTEDthat the company refused return.
