SEE UPDATE BELOW……I ordered a large based on measurements given online but the gloves, even though my fingers felt about right inside, the overall look was bulky. One glove kept turning off and then refused to work. A second pair might have been fine. They were nice and warm when working. I returned them and got a glove with a smaller overall look.UPDATE: 12/19. I was contacted by the company who offered to send me a set at no charge which was great! I received them and they work great so I will add stars for that kind gesture. I would recommend them now. I did get a medium instead of a large and they fit better and didn’t look as bulky. My hand circumference is approx 7.5 to 7.75”. Female.

This pair of Zerofire gloves were purchased for working outside with our large snow thrower. This has to be the best pair of heated gloves that I have purchased from amazon. My work outside causes drifting snow to land on my gloves and after 3 hours the snow build up is thick or freezes onto my gloves. I have purchased alkaline powered gloves but the didn’t have the material durability or waterproofing needed for residential and commercial snow removal. This pair of gloves are long enough to cover up past the wrist! The gloves are extremely well stitched and have actual 3M Thinsulate insulation that increase and retain the temperature from the LiOn battery powered heating elements. The pair haves dual charging ports from the adapter to charge both rechargable lithium batteries. These batteries have provided power to the gloves during a while working shift. The thin square batteries fit into the zippered pouch on the underside of the gloves. Powering the glove on is as simple as pressing the power button for 3 seconds. The touch screen material helps but I hardly use my phone when snow removal.

Just got back from skiing at Big Sky. My hands were comfortable and especially appreciated warm fingers in 10 degree weather. I am color blind and like to remind companies that it is hard to tell the difference between red and green. Colors that work are blue, orangeyellow or white. There were no instructions. While I was trying to figure out how they work I peeled off the top layer of protective plastic wrap that I wish I had left alone. Other than these minor suggestions, the gloves were great once I figured them out. Looking forward to a comfortable ski season.

I am an elementary school teacher and I serve outdoor morning car line duty every day. I also have hypothyroidism which makes me very sensitive to cold. When the temperature drops below 40 degrees, I have a very hard time with my hands and feet going numb when I’m outside. My husband bought me these gloves as a Christmas gift. They fit perfectly and deliver warmth to my fingers, not just the palm of my hand. I am able to stay outside for more than half an hour with no discomfort.

Bought 3 pairs and none of them were satisfactory. The 1st pair charged and heated up but the sitching around the button was poor and I was afraid that it was going to unravel over time. The 2nd pair came in a box that clearly was purchased by another customer and had extra items in the box. The 3rd pair charged but never heated up. The on buttons never lite up. Urg! For this price (~$100 ) you’d think that you could get a well constructed and functioning pair of gloves. I am disappointed since these gloves received over 4 stars on the Amazon reviews. I am not sure why I had such a bad experience.

i typically prefer a glove that can go over the sleeve of my jacket easily but the opening is not quite large enough, i’ll see if I can adjust and update my review. in addition, the wrist straps for holding the gloves if you slip them off are attached toward the outside, rather than the inside of the glove and can get in the way of putting them on. i can confirm that the hand AND fingers get warm.a way to confirm the remaining charge in the batteries would be my only suggested improvement.I’ll update if i have any issues.UPDATES:turns out the wrist straps for hands free glove holding are not very well constructed, one of them tore the first day of use. I’ll be returning.

UPDATE TO REVIEW: Fantastic customer service! Many companies that claim to have customer satisfaction as a core value do not follow up their words with action. ZeroFire does. Although not required to do so, since I missed the return window, they fully refunded my money, without requiring the merchandise be returned. If there were a separate rating for customer service, I’d give 5 stars. As it is, I am upgrading my rating from 3 to 4 stars because while the circuitry glitch brings the product rating down, the service brings it up.I like very much the cozy and variable heat throughout the fingers. I have poor circulation, and the gloves are a big help in keeping my hands warm. However, there must be something wrong in the circuitry because the left glove only stays warm 1-1/4 hrs, and the right glove 1-3/4 hrs, quite short of the advertised time. I wrote the company and they sent another set of batteries, which I appreciated; but the result was the same. Because I lost time trying the new set of batteries, I missed the cut-off date for returning them. So I have to constantly re-charge the extra set of batteries to keep the gloves available.

Nice hot gloves I got to use them over the weekend when it was about 30°, and they kept my hands blazing hot.can’t wait to use these when we’re in the Minnesota winters at 20 below zero and they keep me warm when I’m out walking the dog or just going for a walk.these both have rechargeable batteries one that you put in each glove that you can pull out. You press the button on the outside and they start heating up within about 20 seconds. Comfortable and warm even without using the heating element.

For full disclosure, I’m reviewing these in the hot fall time because I’m excited to use these this winter! These gloves are very comfortable and have a nice light weight, high quality feel to them. They warm my hands really well, and I really like that the included charger charges both batteries at the same time. I highly recommend these for people who have issues with regular gloves not keeping their hands warm in cold environments.
