I thought I was going to pull my little one backwards, but this device allowed me to guide my little one down the hill with easy. I could even show my little one down without too much effort and I’m definitely not the best skier myself. I love how the back part has a little pouch to tuck in the straps when not in use.

This is the best thing ever (paired with the edgie wedgie). We initially chose this particular one because of the ability to attach 2 straps rather than just one. After trying it out we have found it is much easier for the adult to try to handle one strap as opposed to 2, but you have that option with this harness so that has worked out fine. We also found that they still need to understand some basic skills like turning for this to be effective. Otherwise when you pull on it you just pull them over. If they can at least kind of do the motions with their own body you can help guide them and it works a lot better. After the first day with the harness with a four year old, we went back to basics on the tiny bunny hill for some turning skills and after that we only ever needed it for a little guidance. He has been 3 times and is ready to do without on all but the hardest green runs. I would say the best feature about this is the handle on the back and the thicker backpack style straps which are invaluable for helping a child get up out of the snow when everyone is wearing big bulky slippery gloves and jackets. Even if you can’t reach the handle behind their neck, you can get ahold of one of the front straps and haul them up. We bought one of these each for our 7 year old and 4 year old. The 7 year old didn’t end up needing it for the leash part, but we still put the vest part on since we have it, so we can help her more easily if she falls down and gets her feet tangled.

I’m pretty happy with how this harness works and fit. My only complaint is that the waist straps, when adjusted to my daughter’s body, are VERY long. I am just going to cut them down. Otherwise happy with it.

Took my 3.5 year old daughter out with this and it helped so much guiding her and getting off the lift!Unfortunately after our first day I lost one of the straps (whoops) and I reached out to SKLON and they said that is covered and sent me another backpack and straps!Such a great product and customer service!

I have 3 year old twins and these have been the best way to get on the slopes with the kids. You have enough control to subtly direct them or slow their falls which I wasn’t expecting to be so nuanced. Both I and my father-in-law love using them. That is until today. My FiL was with my daughter and the plastic loop connecting the elastic/harness connector shattered mid route while guiding her into a turn causing a small fall. He tied the two pieces together to get down the hill but it doesn’t leave me with a lot of confidence in the other 3 straps. It could be hacked using a carabiner but an upgrade to metal hardware or oversized plastic would be worthwhile. The only other critique I could give is the strap attachment to the harness worn by the child is impossible to remove for riding lifts without taking off your gloves and even then it is fiddly. That’s probably fine out west with the long runs but in the east I am doing this every 10 minutes so by the end of the day my finger is a little sore.Still I would but it again. Best money I’ve spent on training, lessons included.

Clip that holds mesh bag broke. And now the mesh bag is lost somewhere on the mountain. Can i please get a replacement?

Great Product. This was very helpful when skiing with my 3 year old.

It worked very well for my (almost) 4-year old. It’s amazing how fast they learn at that age, they just need something to slow them down, and this works great. The harness clips themselves are difficult to remove when on ski lit / ski carpet, this could have been made better. I ended up holding them behind her and not removing them.

Bought two to teach our 6 and 3 year olds to ski. They work so well and the boys love them too. Highly recommend

Well constructed and functional. The handle is easy to grab for getting on and off the chairlift and helping the kiddos up after a fall. Tether / leash management takes a bit to get used to, but not bad once you have a system. Allowed our 4yo to ski the mountain – mostly on her own, with occasional tension from us to slow her down on steeper sections.
