Remee Dream Mask Assists in Lucid Dream Making
The Remee eye mask was built in order to reintroduce people to the benefits of dreaming. Using gentle, customizable light signals, Remee helps to increase dream recall and vividness, and can also help unlock the world of lucid dreaming so you can control your dreams.
- Night lights: Remee’s rear-facing LEDs serve as your touchstone to the waking world. Using a series of smart timers, light patterns are displayed throughout the night, targeting your REM cycles where dreams most often occur. The patterns can be as gentle or as jarring, as bright or as dim, and as fast or slow as you like. The more time you’ve spent tuning your light patterns the better success you’ll have improving recall & clarity, and the closer you’ll be to lucidity!
- Comfort zone: We listened closely to customer feedback to improve every aspect of the sleeping experience with Remee. The flexible circuit is protected by a 2-ply foam shell: a durable inner layer laminated with a cushioning soft foam outer layer. The foam inserts are aerated to allow for better airflow, reducing heat and sweat. The head strap is lighter and softer, with stronger materials. The nose cutout has been raised to help Remee sit more firmly against your face. In short, we made the best
- Flexible tech: Remee’s brain is a durable but razor-thin flexible circuit that can be bent to the shape of your head without being damaged. Weighing less than a quarter ounce and powered by a tiny coin cell battery, the electronics are barely noticeably inside Remee’s comfortable shell. Rather than adding bulky USB ports or wireless chips, Remee receives new settings via two pinhead-sized light sensors at the corners of the circuit.
- Make it yours: We all sleep differently, which is why Remee was designed with options in mind. Using our online tool, you can personalize your dream signal to create a combination of patterns, timings, and brightness that is unique to your sleep style. The idea is to design a signal that is bright and intense enough to manifest in your dreams, but not so much that Remee wakes you up. This will be different for everyone. Simply go to our website.

I can honestly say I remember more dreams after using these. They aren’t the most comfortable things and they fall off halfway though the night but I keep using them because I really do dream more.

My husband has had better sleep usin the mask since he started his midnight job The light patterns help him get to sleep faster and stay asleep when we’re up and about. We are about to start trying with the lucid dream pills too.

Absolutely useless, the only thing the light pattern does it’s wake you up. Shipped directly from China. It’s a comfortable sleep mask. But the hype over the lights and electronics is a scam.

As explained in the materials provided, lucid dreaming is difficult to achieve and it’s not clear to me that this product makes it any easier. It may be that the flashing red display of lights is not bright enough to be effective, or perhaps I need more practice…

Exactly as described, cool little device. LED’s are a little bright for me even on the lowest setting, but then again I am a very light sleeper.

I’ve been trying to learn to lucid dream for a while now, as I assume a lot of folks looking at this product probably have. I’d read articles, watched youtube videos, kept a dream journal… And to no avail. Then, I thought I’d give one of these masks a go as I’d seen others mentioning them pretty frequently.Unfortunately for me, it doesn’t seem to work for me. The red lights that shine seem to wake me up just enough to toss the mask off of my face and then go back to sleep. I’ve tried it now on and off for several weeks, hoping that my body would get used to it and it would work as intended. No luck. So now all I have is a fairly uncomfortable and expensive sleep mask : I’m glad for those it does work for, though.

Works very well if you have common senseAnd maybe a strong mind helps too

Comfortable and gives me ‘better’ dreams, but the material it’s made from has degraded to the point where I can’t wear it at night. The elastic has stretched too much and the material itself is disgusting (even though it’s been washed). Great idea, let down by the materials.

Comfortable to use when napping in a bright area where you need to dim the light of the world down. As for the “lucid dreaming” feature….. so far I cannot speak to that. The mask does have am internal circuit board with an on/off switch that turns on a series of LEDs inside the mask. The accompanying data suggests that the LEDs illuminate after several hours of sleep to help bring you to REM sleep where lucid dreaming may occur. In my experience, I can say that the circuit does work and the LEDs do light as designed….. but I have not experienced anything close to what I could consider lucid dreaming. As a sleep mask….. sure, it is comfortable and works great, but a simple sleep mask would be much cheaper.

This mask has blinking lights you can view the demo about it. What it does do is have special patterns for your sleeping which supposedly help you be aware your in REM.Technical – You can go onto their website which allows you to reprogram this device to your wants or desires based on what blinking pattern you want to a variant light delay between next pulse.SUBJECTIVE:I found this to not work well and often the lights would come on as I already awake from my alarm clock the fact is the website doesn’t allow you to adjust it the way you want it to occur. The shortest time delay between pulses appeared to limit you to four hours not less and with the variance allowed in between there could even be longer time frame. The pulses appear not to matter some seemed better than others while awake testing through your eyelids shut but who knows when your sleeping. I found that remembering dreams didn’t change at all often the lights never happened until following day you get as I do six hours of sleep at most you get one pulse at 2 hrs before awaking which didn’t notice in your dreams at all, I done this same experiment with a RED LIGHT LAMP on a TIMER it works much better and can shut off as well although maybe that’s point they were trying to only show a light to not wake you but it doesn’t do anything. In fact if you just got a PEN / PAPER put next to your bed said I will write down what I dream will probably more likely to remember your dream. But also there’s some dream tricks to know your dreaming too with watches / habits extra which allow you to notice. But I do encourage this kind of technology no one else is even trying to do anything anymore fact is probably could hookup a phone app with headset or something as well but this basically a couple of LEDs which trigger every few hrs and repeat you also can easily forget to shut it off since it has no indication or sensor that you left it on probably a radio shack project from 1980s is very similar to this.

Works pretty well and is programmable so that’s cool! It’s just kinda weird because the level 1 brightness is too low but the level 2 keeps walking me up.
