I liked that I did not have to wrap a strap around my chest. It fits on my arm like a watch band. I bought this because I was wondering if my Apple Watch Pulse Rate was accurate. This device serves as a good second monitor, I have notices that the pulse rates between the two devices are within 2 BPM of each other.I have discovered that for me the MOOFIT pairs with more exersise machines in my local gym compared to the Apple Watch. I use the Moofit with Android and have enjoyed using the Hearttool App which offers a different data look at my exersise heart rates. It is rather difficult to turn it off while it is under my shirt sleeve. So I have decided to just wear the Moofit for my entire gym visit, and then take it off my arm when I return home. The battery charge lasts for about 20 hours, so basically I just charge it up about onnce a week using my USB prots on my computer.I would recommend the MOOFIT to all who do not like having to strap somehting around their chest.

I have used several HRM over the years. Chest and optical. I received this model today and was excited to test it out. My first test was a simple walk with my dog. The HRM paired easily with my Garmin watch. The readings were very accurate! Later I did some strength training and to my dismay the readings were awful. The HRM displayed an incredibly low HR. I love the design and simplicity of the HRM. I will test it further and see where things go. I believe this HRM will excel in steady state cardio exercises but lack tremendously in strength training.UPDATE: after several days of use I have concluded the device is best suited for steady state cardio exercises only. The company reached out to me with troubleshooting advice. I appreciate their desire to please their customers, something rarely found in today’s market. They have sent me a second unit to test in case I bought a defective unit.I understand the limitations of optical HRM, especially when it comes to strength training. I have bumped my review up to 4 stars because of the customer service. If you’re a runner, walker, hiker, bike rider this HRM is gold. Easy to use, comfortable and well designed.UPDATE 2: I received my replacement unit. I tested it on an indoor rowing session. The unit worked flawlessly on this session. Shortly thereafter I did some strength training. I noted this unit performed better than my original in terms of strength training. There is some delay in measurements, but overall I am pleased. My original unit would display my HR in the low 40BPM when I knew I was easily in the 120BPM+ rate. This replacement model seems to keep up in strength training.I wore it tighter on my forearm which may have helped. Again, I will say, for cardio based exercises this HRM is GREAT. I am pleased thus far with strength training. Time will tell if it keeps up. Overall, I have no gripe purchasing. The customer service is top notch!

I’ve been an endurance athlete for many years and used many heart rate monitors. I “graduated” from old style chest straps to the optical armband ones several years ago. I recently had to replace a >$100 one because the battery was (inevitably) failing and I took a chance on this less expensive one. So far so great. It’s pretty basic, but I’m not trying to do anything weird with it like swimming…just using it for my bike computer. It turns on and off easily, charges easily and quickly, and the band is lightweight and comfortable. I have to charge it a bit more frequently than my more expensive one when I first got it, but it’s clearly good for several hours’ use. (I can’t give a hard number.)Bottom line – I’m perfectly happy with this smaller, more basic, cheaper optical HRM.

As a recent owner of a Sole F63 treadmill, I was eager to track my heart rate during workouts to optimize my fitness regime. However, I encountered some difficulties getting the included heart rate monitor to function properly. After researching alternative solutions, I decided to give the MOOFIT Heart Rate Monitor Armband a try, and I am absolutely thrilled with my decision.First and foremost, the compatibility of the MOOFIT armband with my Sole F63 treadmill was seamless. The Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity made pairing the device effortless, and it instantly began transmitting accurate heart rate data to the treadmill’s display. The convenience of this quick and easy connection cannot be overstated. In addition to its reliable performance, the MOOFIT Heart Rate Monitor Armband offers a level of comfort that sets it apart from traditional chest strap monitors. As someone who finds chest straps cumbersome and restrictive, the armband design was a welcome change. It fits snugly yet comfortably on my arm, allowing me to focus on my workout without any distractions. The adjustable strap ensures a secure fit for a wide range of arm sizes, making it suitable for various users.Furthermore, the IP67 waterproof rating adds another layer of confidence when using the MOOFIT armband. Knowing that it can withstand sweat and even an occasional splash of water without compromising its functionality is a significant advantage. In conclusion, the MOOFIT Heart Rate Monitor Armband has proven to be an excellent investment for my fitness journey. Its compatibility with my Sole F63 treadmill, accurate heart rate tracking, comfortable design, and durable construction make it an indispensable tool for optimizing my workouts. If you’re in search of a reliable and comfortable heart rate monitoring solution, I highly recommend giving the MOOFIT Heart Rate Monitor Armband a try. My only complaint is that it needs a special cable to charge instead of via USB Type C.
