It does exactly what it says it does 🤷♀️ some cons are:- if you turn all notifications for everything, it will constantly buzz and tell you that your phone is charging when it is on the charger.- can’t pick up callsOther than that I love it!

It’s alright for what it is, but i’m just going to stick with my MiFit watch. It has a longer battery life and the notifications are a lot better. Even the vibration options are a lot better on it than this iTouch. The iTouch vibration notification is weak and the screen on the watch is a disappointment. I was expecting a bigger screen. The watch faces are barely worth it. The custom option for the face is disappointing too. The only thing good about this watch is the metal strap. That’s all.

Great watch. It charges fast and holds charge for a few days with constant use. Easy to use alarms, step counter, and connects to your phone easily. You can also set a picture from your phone to be the background.

Love this product, a lot cheaper then getting an Apple Watch…however the only downside about the watch is that you get text notifications but cannot reply back on the watch.

I loved this watch! It did everything I needed it to do. But after a month and a half it slowly lost its screen day after day. No scratches and no accidents. I reached out to the seller and they expect me to pay to send it back for a replacement after I’ve already paid for the watch. I am so disappointed because i loved this watch, but am not willing to pay for a manufacturer’s defect. Very poor customer service. I reccomend not buying at all. If the customer service was better and the watch didnt crash, I would give 5 stars. Excellent when it actually worked.

I was stoked to find this watch. The color pairing is beyond beautiful. The rose gold and burgundy is so striking but balanced femininity with a professional touch. The design is pretty and eye catching but unfortunately the pros stop after the initial first glance. The face of the watch is mammoth. It is overpowering for my average size wrist, to the point of looking silly. Becuase of the large design it feels as silly as it looks. It feels like a giant chunk of cold metal. The watch band feels like good quality but is too long and pokes around the other side of my wrist. The hardware on the band feels extremely flimsy and cheap too. While I love the benefits and perks the watch has from heartrate monitor to syncing with my phone for notifications, I cannot get past the poor way it looks and feels when on.

Received watch, new out of the box and before use, fully charged. Followed instructions, which included downloading the ‘iTouch Wearables’ app. Neither the app nor my phone (iPhone) would recognize the phone in order to pair. Followed all troubleshooting steps on their website, nothing worked. Contacted their customer service team and was sent an email (copied and pasted from their troubleshooting page) – told them I’d done all of that so I was then directed to fill out a warranty form, and then send back the defective watch for a new one.News flash – I don’t want a new one, I want a refund AND I certainly should not be expected to pay to send the defective product back to them before they will resolve the issue.Don’t buy – this is junk.

Pretty easy to set up as long as you have the correct app downloaded. The app you want to use to pair the itouch SPORT smartwatch is the ITOUCH WEARABLES APP. I did have a little difficulty at first, getting my watch to pair, but it did eventually. After pairing with the app and syncing with my phone, I was ready to start using the features and it works great! When paired and synched, you can get your local weather on your watch as well as texts, emails and other notifications. It’s set up is pretty simple, just swipe right or left on your watch to get to different functions. As far as I have found, there is no sound at all, just vibrations. The vibrations, in my opinion, are a bit too soft. I wish there was a way to change that because sometimes I barely feel it vibrate letting me know I have a notification. You only can recieve texts through it but not actually text back. I like receiving text, email and Facebook notifications on my watch because I don’t miss anything! You also get a notification when someone calls your phone too, it shows the contact or number of who is calling but you cannot answer from the watch. It’s pretty awesome to be able to control my music and camera from my watch too. I can play and pause and skip songs with my watch when I have music playing. I really love being able to track my steps and check my heart rate, even track calories burned and monitor sleep along with many other things. The sleep tracker is probably my favorite thing! I also love that you can set a reminder to help you stay moving throughout the day. I have noticed it does disconnect from the app every so often, not sure why this happens but it usually reconnects within a few minutes or so. It’s very stylish and I love the colors. It has many holes, with the perforated wrist band, to fit anyone’s wrist. I really like the big watch face, it’s bright and I can see it with no problems. It comes with a charger that just sticks on the back of the watch magnetically to charge. I just wish the charging cord was a wee bit longer but no big deal! Battery Life – fully charged it will definitely last 2-3 weeks or longer before needing charged again! It’s really awesome that it holds a charge for so long! As far as battery life on my phone (which is android) being that bluetooth always has to be on for the watch to work, it does drain the battery life quicker which means more charging throughout the day. Overall, while there are a few minor bugs that need worked out and I’m sure will improve with updates, I think the itouch sport smartwatch is an excellent and useful little device. Before I had this watch, I really wasn’t aware of calories burned in a day, or steps walked. Now I set goals and find myself challenging, well, myself! It pushes me to go further and since I get notifications on my smartwatch, I realize that my phone isn’t constantly in my hand anymore (which is a good thing lol) This watch is comfortable to wear all day/night and is not heavy or bulky. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for an affordable smartwatch.
