I suffer chronic headaches and migraines and get relief from pressure either from rubbing my head or pressing into my temples/eyes/forehead. This cap is snug, although I have a lot of hair so that may affect it as well. I felt it gave me great pressure over my eyes. The only downside is that you can’t do anything but lay down and rest while wearing it (and if your suffering from a headache/migraine that’s probably all you’ll want to do). I haven’t tried it cold or warm just room temperature. Also, your hair will be quite messed up, so plan on staying in.

My husband ordered this because I frequently get migraines. I really didn’t expect it to help much… However I had a migraine yesterday and I laid down with this on. It has a cooling affect without putting it in the freezer. I did feel some relief and was able to fall asleep with it on

Finally! I finally found something to give myself relief from my constant headaches! Sure, you can take OTC medication but if you’re like me (someone who constantly has to take advil) I wanted something to help my headaches that didn’t involve swallowing a bunch of pills for relief! I stick my headgear in the freezer and when I feel my headache coming on, I put it on and I have relief within minutes. The coldness and pressure of the headgear is spot on. Sure, I may look a little silly wearing it but it’s worth it! When I get a migraine, I have to be in a room of total darkness. The light hurts my eyes and this headgear is absolutely perfect for creating that dark area behind my eyes. If you’re wondering if you should purchase it, I hope my review helps you on your decision! I use this head wrap mostly to help ease headaches. My daughter has also found it soothing on allergy irritated eyes. But it can really be used anywhere you need cooling relief. The fabric is nice and smooth and it stays cool for a good amount of time.

The Migraine Ice head wrap works great. Can be heated or chilled depending on how you want to use it. I like the pressure you get when wearing along with the eye cutouts that block the light. Would recommend as a constant headache sufferer.
