The zipper popped loose on my 2nd vacation. It was full, but not that full.After posting the review, the vendor promptly sent a new pack to me, and made that process easy. That kind of service earned it an upgrade in stars. Obviously I decided to keep the product rather than return it because it is useful to me.For a person who takes his work with him traveling, this is an essential piece of luggage. This luggage should be used as dedicated to electronic equipment. That is just as well because it make it easy to display electronics to TSA at the X-ray machine, with clothes not in the way. Its well padded with exceptional protection in the lap top/tablet section. Additional compartments for your other electronics, nicely padded. If you carry other electronics and sneak in a set of travel weight clothes, though, you may strain the zipper as you stow luggage on a plane or SUV. Use your carry on for clothes, use this for camera equipment, lap top, I pad, cpap, etc.

I love just about everything with this bag. It is very flat and fits under seats but holds a lot. This is probably because of the square shape. The protective hard layer and padded back really protect your electronics. There are just enough compartments to hold things but not so you forget where things are. It is comfortable as a backpake. The locking system is great! I love the internal netting divider which separates but lefts you see throught it. My only negative comment would be than the water bottle holders will only hold small plastic water bottles but not the containers which most people put their water in now. One should be larger. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would normally give this an 11 but with the minor water bottle issue I had to drop it to a 10.

So far so good. This bag is exactly as it is described in the listing. It did not come with a key, as the listing says (but some other buyers didn’t read). It also fits my 22oz HidrateSpark water bottle, so that’s nice. It so far has good structure, and is comfy for a bag caring a large laptop. I am aware of some previous comments about its integrity, as this does sound like a worry, I purchased the insurance with the bag (covering it for 4 years). I will come back and update this if any issues arise. (3/9/22)

Nice backpack overall. Def a cool pack to be carrying around especially as I got a fat gamin pc I need to carry. However, the zippers most likely will not hold up as the tsa lock is quite rough to handle. I will most likely not use the tsa lock to prevent the zippers from breaking, as the load can give stress to them. If you are not planning on using the lock this would be an amazing option for you. If you are, I would find another backpack.

I have had the backpack for a little over 3 weeks and I’m still impressed with the thought that was put into the design of this.The first week that I had the backpack, I used it as a carry-on bag for traveling. I was impressed with how much I was able to fit. I carried all of my work equipment as well as a change of clothes, just in case my luggage got lost. Having the built-in, interior pocket for power bank is extremely convenient.It does feel a bit like you are wearing a turtle shell on your back at times. But overall, I bought this as protection for my laptop and feel extremely confident in the backpack.
