**Update 5/27/17** Since reviewing this item previously, I am going to change my review mainly based on the customer service I received. The company contacted me after my review because I was experiencing the plug heating up excessively. They said they were going to send a replacement to me and they did just that! I received it quite quickly and it worked perfectly. They didn’t even want the other one returned which was surprising. I used the new one last night on my GS7 and it charged up quickly. I love this product and absolutely love their customer service. I will, without a doubt, purchase from them again and feel I will never be disappointed. Thank you so much for your amazing team.Haven’t had to use it since I just received but it looks like a well made product. Came with a 75% charge already and charging it fully took approximately 4 hrs. The adapter I used was a little warm to the touch while charging but I suppose that’s to be expected. When I finally get to use it, I will change my rating if all goes well.

We purchased this item and ran into issues within two months of usage. The seller contacted us and believed we may have gotten a defective product and wanted to send a replacement free of charge.Within a few days we received the new one and so far haven’t had any issues. It’s holding a charge and last throughout the day.Customer service is by far outstanding.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and capability of the Aibocn Power Bank. I’ll be honest; I didn’t expect much for $11USD. Aibocn cut costs intelligently, without sacrificing quality where it counts. Instead of packing in accessories or unnecessary features, the Aibocn power bank is a simple, well-built charger – and nothing else.One thing I was very surprised about is the quality of the power coming from the 2.1A outlet. My iPhone is especially sensitive to “noisy” power when charging, and the touch screen becomes useless if the charger doesn’t supply very clean power. The Aibocn charger works perfectly with my phone and when connected to my friend’s oscilloscope I can see that it provides power that is actually less noisy than the official iPhone wall charger!Because the 2.1A outlet provides consistent delivery of >2A of power, I can power my Raspberry Pi 3 using the power bank. I let the Raspberry Pi 3 run *at full load* for over 10 hours, and never once did the Raspberry Pi detect an undervoltage event. The power bank was only discharged about 25%! Absolutely excellent.I would strongly recommend this power bank to anyone looking for a cost-effective battery charger for their phone, a remote power supply for their IOT device, or anything similar requiring consistent high-quality power.

I’ve owned quite a few different battery packs and I think I can say confidently that this one has been my favorite, especially for the price. I go to a lot of events, conventions, that sort of thing and need a battery pack that will charge a phone more than once and keep me going all day and this works PERFECT for that. I would say I get about 3-5 full charges on one full battery pack. Its light and not too bulky like some of the packs I’ve had in the past. I don’t particularly like the fact that its white, mostly because it gets dirty quickly, but its very functional, gets the job done and is easy to toss in my purse or backpack. I find it better or comparable to ones I’ve bought in the past and with this price being much lower, I’ll definitely stick to this one.

I absolutely love this power bank. It’s durable, easy to use and gets the job done. It charges my phone faster than a wall charger would and I can get about 2.5 full charges on my phone from a single full battery on the power bank. The fact that is has two ports AND a flashlight is a plus! The only con for me was that if I leave it loose in my backpack I sometimes find that the flashlight is on and have no idea how long it has been on. But all I have to do is hold the power button down to turn it off and it isn’t a problem. I also noticed that this doesn’t take away much of the battery. Overall this is the best power bank I’ve ever used. This is my second time purchasing since I gave my first to my boyfriend, and I would definitely buy it again.

UPDATED: Shortly after my review, I was contacted by the seller in regards to the melting/fried issue I had. They sent me a new one free of charge and was very great to work with.I must have had a defective one as the new one is working like a champ!! Buy away shoppers buy away!!!!DO NOT BUY!!I THOUGHT it was working great until it started MELTING and FRIED the battery in my phone!

This is an updated review of this battery backup.Initially upon delivery of the first backup, it had a few unexpected issues, which I felt was due to its inexpensive cost. The old saying “You get what you pay for”, came to mind.I contacted the seller, they immediately responded, which showed that they actually cared, about customer service.Then within a week I received a replacement, which functions just as well as one I purchased a year ago, for 4 times the cost. Which unfortunately for me, was commandeered by my son.I am going to ensure he doesn’t find out about this one, it is far more user friendly, with the ability to charge 2 devices at the same time, plus has a flashlight built in, which I felt was a gimmick, but found useful.Also, my wife and daughter, (and myself), like the fact that it looks clean and sleek. Not like the “recycled brick”, my former one did. It also weighs far less than expected!This is the one to buy!

If you accept it’s limitations that it takes awhile to fully charge up (I leave it to slow charge on my computer overnight) this thing is an absolute beauty. It charges up my Samsung Galaxy fully 2.5 times which is about what I expect from the device given it’s rated power. It functions exactly as it should. In fact, for the price it’s such a fantastic value that I purchased a few more to give away to people that *ahem* have trouble remembering to keep their phones charged. I also bought a couple for my mother who now relies on it for charging her tablet and phone when away from the office and lacking access (or remembering) to bring power chargers with her and she loves it. For the money it simply can’t be beat. I bring it with me everywhere as a backup, and the charge seems to hold for a week with no problem should I forget it in my car. Charge rate is also very decent. I can get my Galaxy from 15% battery to 85% within about an hour on the 2.1 amp port. Would recommend.
