This headset is great. I run an active sales and service route at work, and this headset stands up to the challenge! I use it around 10-12 hours a day and only have to charge ot once a week. Great sound and voice clarity, even in the loudest conditions. The best part about it, is that I can sync it to my android and apple phones at the same time, and seamlessly answer calls from each phone with a push of the button.

Bought these for my husband for work and he loves them. They stay around his neck, he loves that they retract and plays with the button a lot. He also loves how they fold and the case that came with them. Said the noise cancelation works best when it is turned up. The battery live is amazing goes for over 9 hours and still has life to keep going. Overall these are really good and made an awesome gift

So.. I purchased a pair of LG about 8 yrs ago and saw these decided to upgrade – to my surprise I like them better then my old ones. (And I loved those) the sound is much better and they go up very loud, more so then my others, the features are easy to use, I like having the phone ring and they tell you the numbers, so you can dismiss if you want., you can hear the caller very good and they hear me good as well, They are comfortable around the neck, I really like the retraction of the wires, so they are safely out of the way of being pulled off, also easy to silence music when I need to and easy to return to my last song playing. All in all I feel I made a good purchase

These are great.. I’ve had issues with the little pod ones falling out or losing one. I’ve gone through quite a few pairs. So these wraparound the neck version I love. Because Bluetooth. And no losing one side. But I’ve still had issues because I like to just leave them on my neck all night at work. Even when I’m not listening to music. But then I’ve ran into the issue of the wires breaking.. so these with the retractable wires.. perfectGood sound. Long battery. No lost earbuds. And wires safe from abuse. Great product

I got these to use at work without breaking the bank. Battery life is amazing. Bass and overall sound is pretty good…..So here my gripe:The buttons are NOT very well thought out. If you’re gonna be doing a lot of work where you’re arms are up, then be prepared for a lot of last number redials. I work in fall protection harnesses and with button placement? Not a good mix. If in an office environment- then these rock – especially considering the price point. $30 vs $160 for LG HB890’s.Would buy these again without hesitation, but hope next gen does something about the buttons.

The sound quality isn’t that great, but it does the job. However, if you don’t have a skinny/thin neck, these aren’t for you. They are not adjustable beyond being able to fold. It squeezes my neck, which is bad enough. But, even worse, is that if the neckband is touching your neck, it interferes with the bluetooth signal. I was hoping maybe it would work it’s way to conforming to my neck size, but it hasn’t, and now the 30 days has already passed so I can’t return them. So, check your neck before you buy these.

The bluetooth is easy to connect. My suggestion would be to first pair the device with your phone, and then your tablet or laptop. Once you connect there is voice that will tell you if the device is connected or not. I have used the headset on my laptop to listen to webinars and/or pick up a phone call without having to disconnect the bluetooth on either of the devices which is exactly what I needed for work. For me these do the job!

Excellent sound. Long life between charges. Retractable wires are safe when not in use. Easy to carry as it folds and comes with a protective (hard-sided) carrying case. Ear tips come in 3 sizes to insure comfortable fit. No lost earbudsSide buttons make it easy to distinguish when one is raising or lowering the volume or answering a phone call. Very comfortable to wear. Side note: I tend to use only one side while driving – music stays in the background while I’m still able to hear traffic sounds. Other wire remains retracted.

What do I love about this product? I love the bass! I love I can retrack it. I love I can fold it.What I don’t love about it. It is too thick. It is too short. My hair keeps getting caught in the hinge. People say they have a hard time hearing me, probably because it is too short.Would I buy it again? Maybe if they modified it.

Why three stars?1. Constant loud “device disconnected” when I am 10 feet away from my phone. At that point why am I wearing wireless headphones at all? When I say loud I mean LOUD, even with the volume so low I barely hear anything else.2. The syncing to two devices may actually work but it does not work automatically and one must select the headphones on the phone you want to use. It does not remember what device you used last time and does get mixed up as to which device one is using when only using 1 device. It also yells at you when out of range of either device, often repeatedly as signal I guess changes. I have not tried to use it with the second device yet.I don’t know if I will return it or not yet. The sound disparity is so intense that it scares the cuss out of me every time I change rooms, in my tiny house mind you. The whole house is less than 30 feet long. This is so irritating that I’m tempted to toss it into some kind of grinder but I will pretend to be a reasonable adult and see if I can get used to it. Sound quality seems ok otherwise, charge seems to last. The ear fit is one of the worst I’ve experienced lately but I’m hoping it’s just the adjustment time. No other issues with the headphones and I hope I can get used to it so I don’t have to look for a different one.Final impression? Still irritated and hoping it stops yelling at me and beeping really loudly because there is no point in wearing a headset that still requires me to carry my phone everywhere. If I wanted someone to yell at me I’d be making money as a professional masochist.

I bought this headset after I misplaced an earlier version that I had used for years. I was happy to find the same easy, intuitive button operation and good sound quality, plus an upgraded spring-loaded retraction of the earbud wires. My previous version was sometimes hard to make retract; this version now has a button trigger. The neckband itself is thicker than the previous version, which is probably a benefit for durability but makes it slightly bulkier to wear.
