Got this today & I’m pretty thrilled to have it. I’ve always been apprehensive of going on blind dates & whatnot without something that is in plain sight but can help you in a crisis without being obvious. Normally I carry a stun gun & two other safety devices on me. And yes you can do the same function on a phone but what if it ends an the bottom of the black hole that is your purse?! I’ve been mugged before & trust me even if your smart, when it happens don’t know how quick it can be.So that with that aside I’m going to give my personal account of what it was like to receive this item. When I received this item I got everything like other people have received in pics except for one odd fact my necklace didn’t come nicely wrapped around a cardboard backing with the insignia embossed on it. It came wrapped in toilet paper (see pictures)… I really hope I didn’t get someone’s return, especially since I paid full price for this item. So for that reason I take one star off.So I got the version with the black cord because I thought this only came in necklace form & honestly I was going to change the chain to something higher end anyway. But on second thought I realized I’d use it more if it was in bracelet form. Luckily I collect vintage charm bracelets & it goes swimmingly with it! Very pleased at the outcome.

Have had my silver pendant about 9 months. It was easy to setup and tested perfectly each time. Have not used it for genuine emergency. Bought key chains for 3 daughters, granddaughter, sister-in-law. Would give it 5 stars but as noted above clasp finish wore off in 6 months. Replaced chain with one I had as only reply to my contact us message was “thanks for contacting us”. Eager for a voice activated version. Received promptly in good condition in nice box.

I like the purpose BUT I do not like the CHEAP material used. After a month of wear the product started to wear like cheap fake jewelry. It turned copper color. That was very disappointing because of how much we paid for it.

Couldn’t connect to user’s phone. Tried doing what the help line said to and it still wouldn’t connect. Otherwise love the concept.
