Just got this in today. I suffer from a bunch of migraines caused by a stressful job. First impression this dude is way sturdier and bigger than I figured it would’ve been. I used it to help ease up some of the knots and tension I carry in my shoulders and neck. Now my husband didn’t enjoy it but he doesn’t enjoy massages. Me on the other hand I love deep tissue massage. I’m very impressed. I think for forty bucks it’s well worth the shot. And if you don’t like it just regift it. I mean forty dollars is cheaper than one massage. I think this thing will save me money and help my tension headaches. Treat yo self.

Update: I’ve come back to update my review after an unexpected and awesome experience with Naipo’s customer service. They apparently care a great deal about their reputation, and after reading my review of my first massager (which broke after the return window had closed), Naipo reached out to me to send me a replacement. I was pretty much blown away. That said, the new unit is great and truly, these massagers are awesome– since my original purchase, I bought two more, one for my mother and one for my sister, they love theirs as well. Anyhow, I can’t say enough nice things about how Naipo took care of me, unsolicited no less, and their product is truly first rate.

Wife and I absolutely love this massager. We were introduced to it by a close friend that said she loved it and so we gave it a try and decided to order our own. So far it does a great job massaging my back and neck. The heat is pretty awesome too. I haven’t tried it anywhere else but overall I am very impressed. Would recommend!

I’ve had a number of lower back issues ever since I got in a pretty bad car wreck in highschool.Every so often my lower discs get out of alignment and it causes my left side to tense up like a rock which further worsens the problem. While I still need a chiropractor to pop it back into place this thing loosens up those muscles and all but destroys all of my pain.I also have a very labor intensive job bending over and handling boxes all day so it’s nice to finally have something to work out all the kinks that creates throughout a 12-14 hour day

Although I only received this yesterday and used it a couple of times throughout the evening, this is a life saver. I have pretty bad neck/shoulder/back pains every so often. I’ve tried using a back/shoulder strap while sitting at work, new pillows, back warmers, of course an RMT, etc. Nothing has really helped me much. I used this twice last night and woke up this morning feeling like a new person. Not to mention, I don’t fall asleep easily and I passed right out as soon as my head hit the pillow last night. Of course the aches are still there but very minimal. I’m going to continue using it every night and see where it takes me. The quality is very good; it does not look like it will tear or come apart. The instructions are easy to understand but the buttons are pretty self explanatory. I wish you were able to see the temperature as I wasn’t really able to tell when the heat was on or off tbh. The options for the intensity are perfect, not too fast and not too slow but nice that you have the options. The cord is a bit short but I have a ton of extension cords which helped. Overall, for the price, quality and performance, this deserves a 5/5. I could not change a thing about it or it’s use. Definitely recommend it to anyone with body aches, pains or knots, you wont regret it!

I was at a friend’s house when I first tried this. I loved it so much that I ordered my own on the spot. If you have tight muscles in your neck/traps/upper back … you might find that you don’t need to pay for a professional massage anymore with this contraption. This gets the knots out Get one!PS – if you like gentle massages, this is probably not for you.
