    Bought this to use with nreal air glasses and they work well however the image is cropped and repeats the top pixels of the screen on the bottom of the image. Also the power button is easy to accidentally press without knowing and the device will drain battery in a bag of you’re not careful. It gets slightly warm when in constant use but not hot

    I use this wireless cast to send videos from my iPhone to any screen. It works perfect. I haven’t used with android.

    The Goovis casting device and battery pack is made in PRC (china). The Goovis can support up to 1080p at 60fps, but I have not seen this. I recommend keeping to a 5 Ghz wifi network to maximize speed and quality. I have used this to cast a powerpoint from my phone to a conference room projector. The battery pack is what makes the Goovis really versatile. I wish I could set the resolution on the Goovis so the monitor/tv that it is plugged into can be adjusted properly.4 stars

    I bought this to decouple my iPhone from my Nreal Air projection glasses. I understood that you cannot stream video content from online providers — the seller made this clear. But I wanted to see Google maps and hear directions, or listen to podcasts. But no audio is being passed through at all. The video passthrough is wonderful.

    Does this support the later pixel models [which don't support miracast]? iow, does this device also support the chromecast protocol, or just miracast?

    I just hooked this up to my pixel 6 pro, seems to be via Miracast, but the software might be doing something behind the scene. If you need I can check on a pixel 5 or 7 pro to verify.
