Paired very easy with the Specialized Mission Control app. Seamless telemetry integration of my heart rate data with my Turbo Levo TCU 2 ride data. Heart rate data seems accurate based on my level of effort and inline with trail features, i.e. ascents, descents, flats. I have recorded @ 3 rides and everything has worked flawlessly. Battery life is good (but there’s a catch mentioned below). Charging dock is nice and easy to use – I like that it’s magnetic so it can just hang from the charge port, doesn’t need to be on a level surface. I like the color of the strap, makes it easy to find and strap is comfortable.A few things that could definitely be improved…1.) Longer strap. I am unable to wear it around my upper arm. Might not be an issue for slender builds but is for avg to larger build. I wear mine on my forearm but would prefer on my upper arm.2.) Missing auto-shutoff feature – I realized this after my first ride when battery was completely drained for next ride. If you forget to turn it off after use the battery will be dead next use. Should auto-shutoff after 5min of no heartrate input.Above two reasons are why I give 4 stars and not 5. I would still purchase again despite these issues and I recommend this product. Overall, satisfied with this heart rate monitor.

Been using for 5 months now about 10 hrs a week. I’ve liked it a ton more than a chest strap. Rechargeable battery that holds a charge along time I charge it like once a month, Bluetooth ANT+ Was easy to pair to my Lezyne bike cpu, no electrodes to get corroded. I wear it just above my bicep even though that’s not where it says to wear it and it stays put under my jersey sleeve. Doesn’t get real sweaty on the arm like chest straps do. And it’s been just as accurate as any chest monitor I’ve tried! Still will have to see if it lasts longer 🤞🏻 Than chest straps usually do for me but indication says it will. It’s light well built and performs awesome so glad I made the switch. About the only thing that I’d dig on it is the vibration it makes when you hit 165 bpm ( witch is like any climb when I ride) it’s not bad but, I’d rather it didn’t have this function or I could turn it off. Not a deal breaker by any means just something I wish it didn’t do. You get used to it and it doesn’t keep vibrating as your HR climbs past 165 only when it hits that magic number.Update 11/22/22: Still use it 10 hrs a week and never had a glitch with it yet! Still Awesome.

I used this on my mtb ride as alternative to chest strap. Matched reading to my garmin and accuracy was good. I rode 26 miles and it stayed in place until mile 20. I pulled it back up and it held in place but gave me concern the rest of the ride. I also didn’t like how it made me think about it the entire ride on my arm, slightly distracting. If it hadn’t slid down, I would be happy with it. Personal preference is still a chest strap. I’d use it again accuracy and battery was stellar.

I screwed up on my 1st review because I wasn’t smart enough to figure something out and I went off half cooked and post a bad review so I am sorry. After a couple weeks I think this thing works well. Connects quick to the wahoo app and does a good job. Again sorry about my 1st review.

After 10 weeks the unit died, like a dead battery. Dead after a 24 hour recharge. AMAZON won’t exchange it. Now I’m trying to get FITCENT to replace it.EDIT: Fitcent support sent a replacement monitor and I have used it on several rides now and it is working perfectly. I’m very happy with the consistent readings displayed on my cycling computer. I would recommend this product to anyone. If the first unit hadn’t died, I would have given it 5 stars.

Despite specific information suggesting the monitor would work with the Peloton Bike, I have been unable to get it to link up. Whether the Peloton Bike + I have is different or the launch of Peloton’s own monitor has something to do with it is unclear. If anyone has this model and it works with Peloton Bike +, let me know.

Before you read my review you must know I have no interest in the App Functionality, so I am not referring to any of that. Sorry. What I can say is that this connects via Bluetooth to my Nordictrack s22i and the RW900 rower, so that I can see my Heart Rate on screen. In terms of accuracy, I wear a Samsung Galaxy Watch3 and the BPM is the same, even during HIIT sessions…so I would call it accurate. It’s very lightweight, and comfortable; you don’t realise you’re wearing it – I wear it on my opposite arm (to the Galaxy Watch) about an inch and half under the inside of my elbow. The included charger was a pleasent surprise in that it is much better than I expected given the price. It’s like most smart watches where it needs a USB source and the tracker is placed on, as opposed to trying to fit a cable in. For me there are no battery issues, though I am charging it every 10-12 hours…so I haven’t tested it’s limits – I don’t want the risk of it running out on me.Happy with this for machine use, and to think I was seriously considering spending much more on a Polar.

Okay. This is the very first heart rate monitor I’ve ever bought. Never had one while training on my bike and thought I didn’t need one. But, that being said it’s a useful tool to have. I like that it doesn’t strap around the chest. The magnetic charging is very nice and convenient. Pairs very quickly to my bicycle computer.

My ME/CFS has been getting a lot worse and finally I decided to looking into pacing with my heart rate, as in not to go above a certain threshold to avoid PEM. First thing I did was to charge it and the battery sits perfectly onto its charging base with a gentle magnet to hold it in the correct position. To work out my anaerobic threshold (AT), I did 220-agex0.6 and I got 114.6. Getting the strap on and in position is easy enough, but I did have to use my teeth with my hand to tighten it or get someone else to do it for me. I opted for the Polar Beat app as this showed the heart rate clearly.Interestingly, I found my heart rate was shooting up by about 30bpm when I stood up and went crazy when I was moving around the house, as though I was doing a lot of exercise. This is a symptom of PoTS and thankfully this monitor has picked it up for me because I can keep an eye on my heart rate constantly. I’m now tracking this on a daily basis to present to the doctor. In terms of connectivity, I did lose connection if I went out the room and a couple of days ago it was struggling to stay connected to my phone while I was in the same room. The band is comfortable enough on my arm for short periods, however, it does need to be slightly tighter to maintain where it’s positioned for longer periods. It can also be uncomfortable when bending my arm after a few hours and the maximum I wore it for was about 4-5 hours. I also compared the measurements to two other devices and they all seemed very similar. Overall, I’m really pleased with it and thankful it has highlighted a potential medical problem.

The description said it worked with all the major apps. Surprise! It doesn’t. Total waste of my time.
