This umbrella is beautiful and sturdy and I love that it has a warranty. I had a small issue and the customer service that I received was unexpected and above and beyond. They were attentive, helpful and keen to help. They ended up replacing the umbrella which I was not expecting as I continued to use it because it still worked very well. I had to keep reminding myself that this was for an umbrella. I’ve received less helpful service from the Fruit company after spending thousands of dollars. The auto open close is convenient and I love that it inverts when closed which is perfect for getting unto public transport. I am picking up extras for my mom, sisters and my gym bag and have told everyone who will listen about the amazing product and service. Now you may think that it costs a bit much, but one of my favorite quotes (by Mark Walker) is that price is only an issue in the absence of value.

This is hands down the best umbrella I have ever owned. I used to have issues getting into my vehicle without getting soaked and having the door panels also being soaked when it’s raining. The 54-inch size is perfect for one or two people. This umbrella really makes it easier to stay dryer while getting into your vehicle. Of course, you won’t be completely dry, however, the umbrella significantly reduces the amount of rainwater that gets onto you and car door panels. As a Florida resident, I recommend this umbrella to anyone. Lanbrella also has excellent customer service in the event of any issues with your umbrella.

This is my second purchase of this umbrella. I had one of these through a downpour and crazy strong winds and it survived. Flipped over once or twice but was able to pop back. My partner’s cheaper umbrella from cvs didn’t make it and ended up in the trash along the way. I bought this one to replace their broken one.
