I recently stopped in and picked up a pair of these from Best Buy. I was excited to get home, unwrap and pair them. The unboxing of the product is fairly straightforward, and there is very little instruction. You must pair the left bud 1st, as the right pairs to the left and acts as a slave. The issue I found with this, is that this is what is causing the issues experienced. The sound is crisp and clear when it works as expected. Unfortunately for me, the right bud continually cuts out ruining the experience. I really did want to love these earbuds, especially with the cool charge/carry case, however, it is not worth the $300 price tag. So for now, it looks like I’ll go back to my powerbeats wireless. One thing that I am looking forward is the Konoa earbuds that release in April. I already pre-ordered my pair for $150 ([…] ). They will retail for $300, however, they are water-resistant, and also allow you to control your music as well as answer calls. In short, earin isn’t quite ready for the masses.

Do not buy these. The Bluetooth connectivity is not reliable. Within 5 min the left ear peace always stop working. It’s not worth the price. I’ve only used mine three times before giving up.

will not work at times this head set is like getting drop calls on a cell phone

Full of glitches , avoid if you like music …Most frustrating product I got in 2016 yet.

Design is nice and seems to be a quality product but I had connectivity issues with mine.

They don’t really work at all. They constantly cut out so I don’t get a smooth stream of audio. They are cutting out every few seconds, occasionally for up to a few minutes without sound. The app also just flat out does not work and cannot find the earins for some reason even though I am connected to them

Let me start of by saying bought this product on a hope and a prayer. I saw this product on Kickstarter a few years back and decided not to buy it then. I loved the concept of a completely wireless setup. This product looks like a great design but has many flaws. My first issue with this product was the cutting in and out. It would work for maybe 1 song and then the next song the right ear would just completely stop working. I followed the troubleshooting instructions from Earin.com and I still had issues. There were times I would have my phone on my desk and I would still have issues with cutting out.The second issue I had was the charging capsule case. If you don’t use the small foam ear inserts, the earbuds did not fit well into the charging capsule. I used the medium size foam tips and it was difficult to fix them in the capsule and charge them. There were times that it even seemed to pop out just enough that it would not charge the earbuds. This became annoying when I would try to listen to music and the earbuds were dead. The third issue was the hours it supposedly would last to listen to music. I could only use them for about an hour and the battery would get very low on them. I don’t know if this was just my pair or if everyone has an issue like mine.I love the concept of these headphones and really wished that these worked great but was very disappointed with the purchase. I have since returned them and have gotten my money back. I would definitely not recommend this to a friend.

Bought these because they had such a good review, I believe in iTunes magazine. When they work, I like them. However, I almost always have trouble connecting the Bluetooth. And, sometimes the app works, to adjust balance, etc., but more often than not, it doesn’t. I’m back to my hard wired pair that came w the phone.

I’ve gotten the air in right on time as expected the product is high-quality in materials the sound is good and sometimes will cut out on one side. However they are good equalizer apps that will make it work fantastic is worth the money for $80 USD not $250 USD

I have expected for a long time to get these earbuds ever since they were out in the market, just waited to buy them cheaper, so though a second hand pair, they are simply amazing, fit perfect in my ears and they do not slip as another I purchased last year which did not even work paired together.Simply the best bluetooth earbuds on the market

The only good thing about this Bluetooth is the build and packaging, that’s it. Connection no good, volume no good and the worst of it all is the EARIN APP for M1, can connect once after that no mas(NO MORE)…geeez, been figuring it out for almost 6 hours now, uninstall the app forget the Bluetooth on the settings, reinstall and set up again and again, and again and again…JUST GOT TIRED😠 Hope Earin is listening and stop selling the M1.

Couldn’t even get a full hour out of these, yet there suppose to be the best, I got better sound from a $9.00 pair I bought.Customer care is really bad, no after sale care at all. I had high hopes for these,

The idea of these ear buds is great but they are terrible. Sound quality is okay but the connectivity is terrible. I have major issues with the right earbud going out. I contacted earin and they gave me a list of things to do in order to boost the connection strength. And nothing worked. I told them multiple times that I just need to send them back and excersise my one year warranty and they are not responding. Do not waste your money on these. Terrible product and even wore customer service.

Absolute crap, do not buy!!! When they work they sound good, the problems are numerous. Sometimes they connect with no problem, other times they don’t show up in the Bluetooth settings and won’t pair. There is no hard reset like with most other devices. The connection between the two earbuds is so weak that in normal operation one of the earbuds will just shut off. It is annoying to be listening to something and suddenly you are listening to it with one ear. Their customer service is horrible. They make you do the same cookie cutter steps to try to fix the problem, even when you explain to them that you have already tried all of them because this is not your first call. I am on my third warranty pair and they have all been as bad as the last. They will replace them, after you jump through all of their hoops. But the ones they send you are just as shoddy as the first pair. If you want unreliability and frustration go for it.

I had contacted support and listed the directions step by step and what I saw at each step. I could see them in my Bluetooth available to pair connections on my Galaxy S8 but selecting them returns unable to pair. They said to try it again- yes I tried multiple times. The also said read the instructions, which I had quoted and they had nothing to add. Makes me wonder if they read my email.I gave them two stars cause they gave me my money back.
