I set it up, and in the past 3 days, neither cat will come near it. But it seems well made, and snuggly. I would like another wire to go from the opening to the back down the mid point. That would keep the back part open a bit more.I am betting the cats will lay ON it, not IN it.

My grandpa of a cat loves to bury himself in blankets, so I thought a sleeping bag would be perfect. I was right. After a few sniffs, he crawled right in and made himself right at home. He loves it.Regarding construction of the sleeping bag, the material is decently soft and there is a bendable piece of metal in the front to keep the entrance propped open. My cat is a medium sized cat (about 10 pounds). It has room to spare to accommodate a little larger pet.

I take my Haya everywhere with me. He adores burrowing into his sack in his stroller, lying on top of it, and generally playing around with it in there. It gives him a place to hide, a soft cushion, and a warm blanket-cave in the winter. It’s not very soft, but as he is just about the softest cat I’ve ever met with very, very dense fur – he’s half-Chartreux and has that coat – it’s not the worst thing ever. It washes well, and I like the wire in the opening so it holds itself open. I wish there was one in summer materials!

I liked it when received but my cat took one sniff and walked away. He would not go in for a week or so. I then set it in his favorite cardboard box that is shaped like a bed with the entry pulled open. Put a treat inside now and then which he would retrieve but come back out. One day I noticed that he was in it sound asleep! He goes in, turns around and makes himself comfortable. Love the way the entry stays open for him to get in. He’s a big cat, 15 lbs and quite a long body. Fits just fine, plenty of room, not tight at all. Seems very sturdy. “Gabriel” highly recommends it (finally)!
